Hey Andrea! Nice to see ya. Yes I am on Rung 9. But that doesn't mean I eat from all the rungs all the time. For instance my day today looked like this:
        Breakfast: fried egg(using bacon grease)
Lunch: grilled chicken breast salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and ranch dressing(resturant)
Supper was steak(using bacon grease) and steamed squash (I have been eating winter squash at least one a day for a week now) with butter and then I had some Mozz cheese.

          Hey! Just a heads-up.

I'm a DS in boot camp for the next 2 weeks. I'll check in but am not going to be as prolific. This doesn't mean everyone gets a bye week and can biffle about. I want to see you all doing your best these last 29 days!

              Hi everyone!

One tough day today. My husband had lasik surgery. It was very disconcerting. Don't know why. He's had the other eye done before and I didn't think anything of it. So, the good news are in, drum roll please? He's fine and I weighted in with a 3 pounds loss! I could not believe it!!! I still can't believe it. I'm only 5 pounds away from goal. Woohoo!!! And my hunny made it through eye surgery just fine!!! Yeah! Life is great!

WELCOME to all the newbies on this thread. Sounds like everyone is doing just great. Elsie, congrats on your 2 pound loss. Maybe I can also contribute to an additional 3 pound loss. That would be awesome! Cleo, kick butt in boot camp. We'll miss you!

Well I have been good and exercising too, and was sad to see no loss... then realized I am really close to PMSing.. so that may be the issue.

Going to start the BFL workout for Ladies thing tommorrow, except with my tiny - tri in for the aerobic.

                    Weekend plans, anyone?

Day 5 of induction for me and doing pretty good.Down to 203 from 211,so an 8pound weight loss which I'm very excited about.I can't wait to get back down to 196 so I can continue my journey.I realize that most of the weight was water weight and that my weight loss will slow down. That's fine with me.7more pounds to go to get to 196.How's everyone else doing?

                        ELSIE CONGRATS ON SURPASSING GOAL!

WOMANPRAISED, as long as you're exercising I should see no reason why you wouldn't lose. Gosh, I hate PMS. I'm bloated for a good two weeks because of it. That's half my fertile life spent bloated! Grr.

LOTS2LOSE, 8 lbs in 5 days is AMAZING!!! You never know...you might not slow down for a while.

Did anyone here get into bootcamp? I got accepted and I'm SUPER excited. I'm not quite sure which team I'm in, but I think Cleo's my Drill Sargeant. Wish me luck, everyone, and if I'm not posting as often, it's because I'm getting my @$$ whipped by my dear Drill Sargeant haha.

I've been really busy lately so I didn't get to do my workout videos. I exercised at work instead, since I work at the Vancouver version of the CN tower, I just make laps around the platform. The other day I caved and had coffee, because I had an in class paper to write and I got 2 hours of sleep the night before. Sigh...I still can't kick the habit.
