    I'm doing well today and I did well all weekend....I even baked cookies for my family yesterday and didn't sneak any!!! I just made sure I was munching on my "atkins" stuff while I was baking!! anyway I'm excited because since starting back on induction last Wednesday I am down 5 lbs.....I'm sure it's water weight, but the key word is weight!! water or not and that makes me 1/2 way to my mini goal of 10lbs by Christmas!!! JWooohooooo!!!

    Now comes the hard part...that other 5....the first 5 comes easy...now the reast will be tough....so keep cheering me on and threatening (Cleo ) me

    So far today I've had

    2 scrambles eggs
    2 slices of bacon

    snack
    1oz of cheese

    Lunch will be
    Chicken breast
    salad


    Dinner
    don't know yet
    imashrinkydink

        Been staying on track food-wise, though I haven't done much walking. I have been incredibly bloated the last few days, but guess I need to keep on chuggin'

          Well......I have to check in and say I have been bad. I didn't stay on plan today or yesterday but I am still trying...that counts for something, doesn't it?? Anyway, I am off to the gym to punish myself. LOL! I haven't been to the gym for a month or two, no water drinking in a long time, and cheating up a storm since I have been sick--yes, I am a baaaaad girl. I know Cleo is gonna spank me good. Go ahead Cleo, I'm bent over. ROFL!

            Im on plan............ today is a day off exercise for me though.

            Supps: yep
            Water: almost thru my third quart, will work on a fourth before bed
            Breakfast: 1 oz cheddar cheese
            Lunch: 1/2 cup chicken salad (chix, celery, onion, mayo and a few real bacon bits) on top of a bed of romaine lettuce
            Dinner: Boiled dinner (ham, cabbage)
            Something nice for myself: Bought a nice fleece throw with snowmen all over it for my couch to snuggle under and keep warm now that it is getting colder.

            Got the munchies tonight though. I will NOT cave.

                uh oh, chris has those stilletos out! You better watch out!!!!!
                OK, for yesterday I had

                crustless quiche(1/6 of pie)(mush, spin, sausage, cheese)
                S: a few pieces pepperoni and salami
                L: bacon cheeseburger from Ocharleys with veggies
                S: luncheon meat
                D: Flax muffin blt... very good
                So far this morning I am planning on...
                B: 1/6 crustless quiche
                S: string cheese
                L: Flax sandwich, either blt or cheese steak, or burger...who knows!
                D?? Probably baked chicken, maybe stuffed with something?

                Yesterday I was excellent exercise wise, I did RIU, TJ, and 6pk!
                Today I am about to go do RIU, then some other exercise I don't know what yet!

                  OK, today's the 6th, so I don't know if I'm supposed to post here, or not; but, since I don't see another thread, I'll go ahead.

                  Stayed on plan, to the letter yesterday. I'm TWO pounds down again this week! I'm absolutely thrilled. New Year's Eve is going to find me one very happy "sexy, sexy person!"

                  By the way, a few people have asked when I'm going to post a photo. I can't find my old "before/during" ones, so I thought I'd wait until I reach my next mini-goal and take a new "during" then. At the rate I'm going now, thanks to this challenge, that time shouldn't be too far off!

                    All right, folks, either I posted the above in the wrong thread -- at 7:45 am EST -- or no one else has checked in all day, today. Now, don't you people make me get out those stilettos, 'cause you know I'm just dying to use 'em!!

                      Im here Chris.......... Although its 8:30 PM now.

                      Did you take my stilettos??? They are suddenly missing. The red ones. Chris?????

                      Breakfast: flax cereal
                      Snack: 1 oz cheddar cheese
                      Lunch: Chicken salad over a bed of romaine... again
                      Dinner: 2 Johnsonville brats....
                      May have a snack of leftover greenbeans in a minute or 2 here to add some veggies to the day
                      Water: 2 quarts. Im a little down... will try to get a third in before bed
                      Supps............... almost forgot but made it
                      Exercise............ 1/2 hour walking

                          Good morning master Chris,

                          I normally post the next day because of the time zone thing. We’re on GMT +2. I’m posting this at 13:19 …. which is about 5:19 in Arlington.

                          I had a very good day yesterday (6 December). Stayed on plan and had my 4 litres of water.
                          Exercise: 30 minutes squash

                          Today (7 December) is weigh-day and I am down 1.5kg (just over 3lb) for the week. Please join me in my happy dance …

                            I am so happy for you! I will weigh in Friday I hope to see results!
