    I haven't done anything in the past 2 weeks.......... :no :sadblinky :anger

    I just moved to a new complex and I've been soooooo busy for the past 2 weeks. The good thing is that the new complex that I moved to has a gym and it's FREE. So I'm going to quit my gym membership and do it ALL at home. I'm going to continue with the 1 hour of treadmill each day and pilates 3-4 times a week. I have lost 2 inches so my waist is now a 29 and my abdomen i'm not too sure of. Congratulations on eveyone else's loss. We can make these bellies be gone!!! :joy :hug :icondance

      Well, check in day is here again. I've been doing my treadmill lots, as well as crunches and squats and stuff.

      Waist 34
      Abdomen 37

      No change in my weight, but I'm gaining muscle. I noticed my thighs went up half an inch. I can feel the hard muscle underneath, not exactly what I want but oh well! Hope you all are doing well!

                Easy: honey, it's TOTALLY possible!! :nod have you (1) been measuring the same area, and (2) making sure you're not pulling the tape too tight? Hey... your abdomen could've been distended due to water/bloating, anything....a loss is a loss!!!!! congrats sis!!

                  i think that the measurements are probably off, so i'll probably need to make some adjustments.

                  where do you measure your abdomen, anyway? i had an idea, but i'm not sure if i'm right.

                    Okay.......I'm 2 days late checking in.....got busy since school's starting again and I'm back at work full-time. AND all the welcome back activities got me off the WOL for a day or two---but I'm back on today....except for one little candy bar this morning........

                    waist: 33" YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 inch, finally!!!!!!!!!!

                    abdomen: 38" Every little bit counts, I guess......1/2 inch!

                        Finally, I'm back lol. My net gives me probs sometimes, plus i've been away for a few days, But I did get my measurements done!! I'm lost 2 inches off my waist. which brings me from 45" to 43". I know my waist is pretty darn thick, and I really need to work on it. Due to see my bf in December and I really want to shock his hair to a shade somewhere near neon pink!! lol :yikes

                          I'm back from vacation. The weather was so bad that I got sick during the first week there! Fortunately, no weight gain. Unfortunately, no weight loss either....but I can live with that! :nod

                                man, i just upped the crunches from 400 to 500...and it's 90 degrees here, i didn't sleep well last night, didn't eat well today, and i feel like throwing up. ohhh man. :confused
