    Hey, hey, hey...posting to report 0 pds lost for the week. Oh well, there's always next week. Looks like I won't be making this challenge, but that's ok, I'm really proud of my accomplishments so far this year.

    Elsie, JSJ and Shelly, congrats on the pounds lost!!! It's always nice to see the scale go down, specially two digits. How's that elliptical working out JSJ? Are you enjoying it? You'll have to tell us all about it. I saw your challenge and plan to join as soon as I get one.

    I'm really beat. I got up this morning and did a 60 minute workout, then my hubby and I and his dad spent 8 hours staining our wood fence. It was such a long time but it looks great now, so we're happy. Getting ready to go watch a movie.

    I got my hip hop video in the mail today. I'm going to try it out tomorrow and see how fun it is. I have two left feet so this should be interesting....

      (((((Elsie))))) Yea, John's a keeper. We got home at about 10:30 last night, and that's when he started...it was DEFINATELY one of his sweeter moments Right now, I don't have a TV or anything in there...so tomorrow I have to go out in the garage and find my stereo and hook that up...I like music better b/c it pumps me up, ya know? I want to make a mixed cd of all my favorite work out music. I am so happy about being so close to goal! Hopefully I can get it!

      (((((Shelly))))) Thanks!! You are doing so awesome! I LOVE seeing the scale drop, but the inches are the best! I do mine every 2 weeks, so next tuesday is the day!! I completely understand feeling big. I have been feeling so great lately and then all of a sudden, I went out for the day and I felt like a heffer. It was aweful..but I kept telling myself..how horrible would you feel if you were still 190 pounds and hadn't lost any weight, or even tried? I have worked really hard, so I'm trying to keep that negative body image away, but it's so hard and depressing some times.

      (((((Gabs))))) I love your "Their's always next week" attitude. It's very inspirational I have been on the elliptical for a few minutes here and there, but not a solid workout yet. The weekends are so hectic, just trying to do this and that and take care of Joey...it's the only time I have all week to run my errands and grocery shop. I hope you will join us in the challenge..you are such great company

      Well everyone, I am so run down and tired tonight. I am off to bed. Tomorrow morning I'm exercising first thing, so that my endorphines are high and I have a better day all together...plus I am PROBABLY getting my tattoo tomorrow...so I have to get it done first. I'll check in tomorrow to bug you all some more!!!

        Hang in there Gabs! You will break through this! I doubt I will make this challenge either as I have 5 pounds to go in 10 days..LOL! Darn it! BUT...I sure am doing better than I would have if I hadn't joined this challenge so am happy with whatever the final number is.

        jsj...I hear you about the weekends. All routines go out the window on the weekends...LOL!

          Well the verdict is in...I weighed myself this morning at the gym...I gained 3 pounds and am now 119 :::sniff, sniff:::

          I will have to do better...more water and less salt. The 3 days of cold cuts last week killed me I'm sure...and overdoing some legal stuff didn't help either.

          I amhoping at least to lose the 3 lbs by Valentines day and maybe 1 or 2 more.

            Thanks for the encouragement Elsie and JSJ.

            Great job at recognizing the drivers Spikette! Makes it much easier to turn things around. Just keep motivated and I'm sure you'll be back in no time.

            Well I upped my exercise this weekend to hopefully get better results. We'll see what happens next Friday when I'm scheduled to weight-in.

              Good Morning Everyone!!!

              Same weight today...which is expected. I'll stay at the same weight for 2 or 3 days, then drop .5 to a pound. It's all good

              Well, I PUSHED myself and did 20 minutes of my elliptical...I wanted to give up sooo bad after 10 minutes, but I kept my goal in mind, and just went for it, and it feels awesome!!!! I ALSO did 300 crunches!!!

              I 'm getting back on the elliptical tonight and try to squeezed out another 5-10 minutes. And I'm gonna do the other 200 crunches. I'm been playing around too much with exercising. It's time to buckle down...I wanna be 120 and firm, not saggy skin everywhere and still jiggly...LOL

              Well, gotta go and get a new licence, I lost mine...and getting my tattoo today!! YEA!!! See you guys later!!!

                  Well, I did it, I got my tattoo I love it!! I got my son's name Joseph on my wrist in fancy cursive. It's awesome. I'll take a pic when I get a new damn USB cable and post it asap.

                    Good Morning Everyone

                    Man, today my tummy is still feeling kinda funny, but I HAVE to eat today. It's not as bad as yesterdays, so I know I'll be okay. I can't wait to weigh myself this morning, it'll be great! I know I lost more weight, I just FEEL lighter!

                    Okay, enough of that. Today marks ONE WEEK UNTIL VALENTINES DAY!!! WAAAHOOOO! So, where do you guys stand? Do you think you'll make it to goal? I have my fingers crossed, but I know I tried my hardest either way

                    Anyone have plans for the big day?? It's mine and DH's 1st anniversary, so I think we're going out to dinner...but I'm not sure yet what's going on It'll be a nice suprise!

                      Good Morning All Feeling good...drinking tons of water to rid myself of the excess salt.

                      One week to go and I know I won't make goal...I'm just hoping to lose what I gained, which since it's probbly water should be no problem.

                      I'll have to take care of my goal in the Spring Challenge.

                        Good morning everyone. I decided I am not going to weigh myself till Feb 13th. I think I will make goal, but I just feel bloated so I don't want to get discouraged. Congrats on the first Anniversy jsj. Dh and I are newlyweds to, we got married in Sept. Isn't it fun!

                          Thanks so much!! It IS fun, but it's so weird to think that I've been married for almost a year! Congratulations to you!!! That is so awesome!!!! I agree w/ waiting to weigh so you don't get discouraged.

                          Well, yesterday I did 300 crunches, 50 situps, and 25 minutes on the elliptical. I don't know how I managed to do it all, but I did and it feels great to push myself. I did have a CRAVY day, starting at 5:45 am, so I didn't have time to work out, but I will tomorrow...you can bet on it My ankle hurts today, I think maybe I landed on it wrong while I was exercising. Maybe it WAS a good idea to have a rest day.
                          I weighed in yesterday at 168.2, which I am SOO excited about. 3.2 punds to go...I don't know if I'll make it, but I sure will be close!!!

                          Well, that's enough outta me.

                          Where is everyone, anyway???!!!!??? COME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE!!!! LOL

                            Spikette...you are right...upping your water will help you dump those sodium pounds. I won't change your stats..I know they will come back off!

                            Gabs..way to go on upping the exercise!

                            jsj...woohoooo on the new tattoo! Way to go on the crunches...makes my tummy hurt just reading about it!! You got to eat to lose!! Your cravy day was probably your body telling you it needs some fuel for all those crunches!!

                            teejay..are you feeling better now? Still cheat free??

                              Yea, my tummy is a mess from having a c-section, so I know I have to work extra hard. To me, the only way to compensate for the stretch marks is to have a nice muscular belly. I dunno....

                              I really like my new tattoo...and I'm getting another Saturday!!! I'm getting one around my ankle that says "What Goes Around Comes Around" pretty cool, huh? I've had a lot of people do me really dirty before...just been really messed up, and I always thought that I don't need to do anything about it...what goes around comes around. I wasn't always like that. I've been in a LOT of trouble for the dumb things I've done before, but I guess now that I'm older, I realize it's not worth it anymore. They'll get theirs, and I have nothing to do with it. It really means a lot to me, and I'm so excited to finally get it done.
