  • Valentine's Day Challenge

    OK,
    So i was thinking to myself what special event is coming up soon that I will be regreting if I don't stick with this WOE. I thought and I thought and said *HELLO* Valentine's Day is Feb 14. That's 1 1/2 months away. And It would be really good to be able to feel sexy when I do something special with the hubby that day. I really can't stand going threw my closet and throwing clothes around looking for something sexy and comfortable. So here is my goal. Anyone else is welcome to join, come on you know you want to get into that sexy Valetine's Day Outfit.**Chuckles**

    (You dont have to have as many goals as I will have if you dont want)

    Shellys Goals for Feb. 14
    1. Stick to the 14 day induction CHEAT FREE
    2. Only weight myself Once a week (ok,ok, I know i will break this one so at least twice a week)
    3. 12/29/05:CW= 183----2/14/05: GW= 168 (-15 lbs)

    Okay Shelly Lynn...I am in the Mid Year Resolution Challenge and that ends tonight at midnight so I think I will join you even though my goal isn't to fit into something sexy on Valentine's Day. It is a pretty short one compared to that so hopefully quite a few will join and it will stay going strong. At least that is what I am hoping. ;^)
    Now....my goal...I have hummed and hawwed over this since yesterday...I like to set a goal of a pound a week as I think that is reasonable and obtainable if one is eating how they should. But I also like to lay in bed and think ahead of where I will be and I do that thinking about 5 pounds a month. So Valentine's Day is about 6 weeks away...so 6 pounds. But if I think by the month it is a month and a half...so about 7.5 pounds. Now 7.5 seems like a strange number to aim for...most people round off their numbers. So throwing all caution to the wind I am going to try for 10 pounds.

    It makes me nervous typing that...don't know if that is reasonable or not. LOL! Well, it will certainly keep me being good so I can hopefully reach it.

    My other goal:
    To drink between 8-12 cups of water a day.

    I have really been bad about that lately. And I can tell the difference in my body.

    Okay...that is it. Going to fill up my water jug!! WE CAN DO THIS!!

      I am definitely in on this one. Will there be regular check-in sessions?

      My Goals

      1. Stick to the 14-day Induction – CHEAT FREE
      2. Exercise atleast 5 days a week.
      3. Drink 8+ glasses of water a day.
      4. To loose a minimum of 10 pounds (current weight 208 pounds – Goal 198 pounds)

        Welcome aboard Tania!!
        My vote is if you are online everyday then check in every day. Give some support or get some support! Helps keeps one committed. If you aren't on every day then don't check in every day. But then I don't know if my vote counts...LOL!

        How wonderful it is going to feel to reach your goal and be in ONEDERLAND! I am excited for you!

              I'm in with you Shelley! I'm just finished one challenge, and am ready for my next one, so Valentine's Day, seems like a good one to start with. The last few months, the weight has been dropping slower, and so I am hoping that within the next 6 weeks, I can lose 10 lbs, which will bring me to 179, just 14 lbs from my goal weight of 165. I'm also planning to be in the video exercise challenge, which should help the cause as well! These challenges are great for motivation, so I'll be there!!!

                I'm in! My goals are:

                1. Do a re-induction starting January 11th (I know I know, but induction in Vegas? No thanks!)
                2. Stick to Power90 throughout Exercise Challenge #23, and begin the advanced disc during Exercise Challenge #24
                3. I'd like to reach my "First Big Goal" of 190, so, that's 12 pounds!

                Can anyone who is savvy make us one of those nifty graphics that the other challenges have?

                    I'd love to join! And it will be a birthday challenge for me as well, since my birthday is Feb 13th!

                    I have pretty general goals:

                    Exercise regularly (At least 4 days a week, preferably more!)
                    Drink more water
                    Lose 15 pounds by V-day!

                      I am in,
                      my Goal is to lose 6 pounds since i have less to loose now,it is hard to keep these pounds dropping,i lost 4 pounds last month so i think 6 are doable(fingers crossed)

                            so I'll shoot for 15lbs.
                            Exercise atleast 3 days a week.
