      Re: Valentine's Day Challenge

I would like to join this challenge. I tried another challenge last year and I didn't do so well, but I'm hoping it will be different this time since it is a shorter amount of time.

      My goals are:
      - drink a minimum of 100 ozs of water
      - stay on induction (started on 12/27/05)
      - my goal is to loose 21 lbs
      - EXERCISE!!!

                    TWO GOOD THINGS TODAY:
started back on my fitness plan with a nice long**cold** walk.
and bought myself a nifty scale that I programmed to tell me my BMI, and stores my weights. I love it.

Weighing in with no pounds down. :^( I was up 3 thanks to 1 little piece of low carb bread I had on the 1st and it has taken me until today to lose it. No more experimenting for me until this challenge is over. Now I have to lose 1.75 pounds a week to make my goal!!!

                            Room For One More?

I would love to take this challenge and my goals are to lose 8 pounds
by Valentines Day. That's right! Hopefully I'll be able to fit into that meshy red thing my hubby bought for me last year. Like really what the heck was he thinking? Anyways, I plan to acheive this by:
doing pilates 4-5 times a week
starting a 14 day induction possibly leading to extended induction
at least 2 Litres of water daily

                            My MINI Goal

My Goal is to weigh 125 lbs! 20 lbs to Go
Don't put off for tomorrow what you can do today.
                            SW-January 9/08-156lbs
                            Started Induction-January 28/08 @ 150lbs ***Ended Induction @ 147lbs. A 3lb lost!
                            Next measurement :dancing1 March 7 :dancing1

You can do it Elsie! We believe in you! Just look at how well you did on your previous challenge. If I remember correctly, you were 9 pds over your goal. Keep up the good work!

By the way, I bought these low-carb, sugarfree cookies and was planning to eat one. I know, it's bad of me, but thanks to you for discouraging me.

Gabs....good idea. That piece of bread cost me 3 pounds and 5 days to get back to where I was before I ate it. Definately NOT worth it! stay away from the cookie for now.
