            Hi guys! I'm glad to see everyone is doing wonderful!! We always have great momentum when starting the new thread's....hopefully this time we will be able to keep it up! LOL! (meaning...mostly......ME, im such a cheater!!!!)

            I just got done running on the treadmill and watching the special edition of the biggest loser. That show gives me so much DRIVE!!! I just wanted to crank up the treadmill as fast as it would go and run my heart out!!! But seeing as though I dont run too fast...I might have been thrown through the window

            To the Veterans----I feel like we've all wondered off recently! I know the holidays are nuts for everyone, but I hope we can all get back to the closeness and :::::ahem:::::: stubborness that we had before Time to start cracking those whips again!!! It's a new year and a new life we're all trying to make for ourselves, i'm glad we can all count on one another (((HUG)))

                Good morning folks, I'm into my third day of insane eating. Don't really know what's going on, I wake up and can't stand the idea of eating breakfast then somewhere after dinner I get ravenous and start eating everything in the fridge. I think TOM is coming around soon or maybe i'm pregnant (j/k I am definatly not).

                Anywhoo, how is everyone, doing good staying cheat free I hope. I have decided that I am taking the rest of the week off and on Sunday I am starting up Si6 again. I like starting up on a Sunday anyway, it gets me going for the entire week, but also I think my body needs a few days to get used to this new mode of operation.

                Hey, maybe I'm eating a ton because I was sick for like 3 weeks and I need to recover some of the fuel I lost, duh! Why didn't I think of that before. silly.

                Today is gonna be a wonderful day, I can feel it!!!

                  Hello YA, your Body Needs food silly and Being it didn't get any for 3 weeks it's Gunna wanna gorge to save for the next time you are sick, you probably have no reserves. This is ok for a few days but, today try and eat Breakfast and Lunch so you are not so ravinous by the end of the day K. EAT DARN IT!!!!!

                  Any how day 2 of Protein Suppliment I feel sooo alive it's nuts I had no idea that is what was making me sooo tired I wake up now and I am up I feel good This ROCKS. WHo knew if I just read a little and understanded about stuff I could fix it with some Whey ROFL. Well I feel gret Except I am sooo sore from my Lower Body Workout yesterday it's crazy I can hardly walk. There is a HUGE difference between regular lunges and weighted lunged GOOD GOD if I know they would work me out soo hard I would have done it a long time AGO. I don't think my But has ever been this tight HE HE HE. It's alll good even know I can't hardly walk or sit ROFL. WHat a NUT who elese would do this on purpose to themselves ME!!!!! Well this had better get me moving in the downward direction of inches I care squat about weight I wanna get into my Skinny Jeans That's it when I get in those Man I know I'm skinny.

                    Great job on the workout Sarah! Those lunges, I am so not looking forward to them on Sunday but they get the job done.

                    Ok, so I did pretty good today so far. I had breakfast (barf!) then lunch with tuna so got some extra protein, just finished some cucumber and feeling pretty good so far. I am about to go to the grocery store for cream, I'm making pizza tonite for dinner, woohoo! Also am running by the health food store, I want to see what this protein shake stuff is all about, probably won't start drinking them until I start working out on Sunday but I'ld like to have the stuff on hand.

                    I'm off!

                      Well cant stay too long I have a meeting early this morning. But i'd doing great, glad to see everyone is too.

                      We got a new truck! Woo Hoo!!! Its so huge I love it! We got it on wednesday! except on the lock box they gave us, the panic button on the truck's in the unlock button on my car's, so i always try to unlock it and the alarm starts going off, what a goof ball

                        I am deathly afraid that my stomach virus may be back. I had an "episode" last night and again this morning. I was almost crying. I do not want this thing again, I barely survived the last one.

                        Besides that I feel fine. I haven't had breakfast yet but I'm gonna go try to eat something kind of bland, as bland as you can get with this WOE. I am hanging out today with my sister in law and her daughter and Abi, how fun! I might take her car shopping, she was interested in buying a new car. I feel like a total bum not working out and want to pick up and so something right now, but I"m not going to. I'm gonna stick to what I planned on doing, I know myself, trust me it's better that way.

                          Weighted lunges are the worst! Squats too. They hurt but they give great results! What kind of protein shakes are good? My husband got a dry mix (vanilla) and it is soooo gross. It works good in cooking but I can't stomach it as a drink. Bleh. Day 5 here and doing great otherwise! We are getting new floors so I need to go into overdrive cleaning.

                            HEy Designer Whey Makes a great Protein shake and low carb you can get them for usually 20 dollars but, watch for sales. It's hard to find a Protein powder that tastes really good I usually mix mine with decaff coffee and ice and blend it with a bit of splenda HE HE then it's like and iced cap.

                            My legs still hurt like the dickes and I am doing upper body today some time Dear me.
                            Yoly I surely hope you are not getting sick again this keeps going on you better get some blood work done and find out what the heck is going on this is not good and you need to get checked out.

                                Sarah, I totally need your motivation to exercise. I keep wanting to start the couch to 5K but feel like it's silly to run at my weight. Anyhoo, my classes start Monday and so I've sworn to myself I am going to start going to the gym on the days I only have 1 or no classes (monday, wed, friday). I may just walk and do weights, but secretly I want to run.
