    Hey it must have been a fluke because I feel all better now. Yippee!

    Ok, so we had a bit of drama in the family and now I have three people and one baby living with me in our three bedroom house. Yikes! It is kind of cramped and will probably stay like this for the next few weeks. Double Yikes! I'm kind of nervous, I don't want to fight with any of them, but these people are increadibly sweet and I see it going pretty well. (i hope i hope)

    Work and school are starting up here shortly so I won't be around much anyway.

    Ok, now that thats done, food wise pretty great today! Got in all of my veges and even had a chocolate protein shake for breakfast, with a little splenda. It was really good and I wasn't as hungry as I usually am through out the day. I made mock baked potato cauliflower for dinner, it was so delicious! I didn't even envy anyone else their spaghetti. Well it's pretty late so I better get to bed, catch up with you guys in the morning.

      Sounds really Yummy Yoly, Hope all goes well with the extra company. I did my workout yesterday but, I am to take today OFF dr's orders then walk tomorrow and try and take it easy. Doesn't that sexy dolup of goodness know what he's talking about MMM> CHIRO DOAH!!! Any how I will listen cause I don't wanna be laid up so I will walk and not run for a few more days and Just try and not push myself like I usually do.

        Sarah how is your back doing today sweetie? Hope you are feeling better, lol, I wonder if your really hurt or if it's just an excuse to go see the chiro more often. (wink wink, lol)

        ok, so I said that my workouts were starting on Sunday. I don't care if I have house guests or not I was working out this morning and I just finished. It was kind of embarressing because I had to work out in front of my sister in law but still I did it and finished it all! I'm tired, phew, I did Start it Up and Slim in 6 pack. My abs were screaming at me! but I feel great now that I'm done with it. I'm gonna go have a protein shake for breakfast.

        THat's another question I have is the protein shake supposed to replace meals or supplement them? After I have one I am not hungry at all for a meal, especially breakfast. I don't really have any breakfast foods right now anyway so it'll be a good thing, I need to run to the grocery store.

        Ok, enough of my endless rambline. Where is everyone? Come one guys lets keep up the momentum, everybody check in with how you are doing, even if you only have a minute or so.

          I use mine For Breakfast I am not much for food in the morning so I do use it for a replacement, but,later in the day I use it to suppliment my meals and stuff Just cause I need the extra Po=rotien to help me build and recover. I know how you feel about not being hungry but, be sure that you are eating food as well cause there is nothing better for your body then whole foods.

          My back is starting to feel better, still sore but, SOOO much better I can actually bend over and pick stuff up without screaming.

          I am doing my cardio today it won't be running but, I'll walk on an incline.

            Thanks Sarah, I'm the same way with my breakfast food, sometimes I can't handle eating in the mornings, yuck! I'll keep it handy for those days, and also the days when I don't have time to make myself something big. Once school and work starts that will be more and more often. Sigh!

I just got back from the grocery and am ready to jump in with exercise and stuff tomorrow, no more binging is my main goal for the next couple of days!!!!! I will check in later!                 Hey guys, how is everyone doing, Krystle where are ya babe, how you doing?

                Today was my first day back at work after a three week vacation. I woke up early so that I could fit in my workout this morning around 5:30. I did Start it Up and six pack. I had a protein shake for breakfast and brought a can of tuna for lunch.

                I'm kind of glad that work has started up again for me because it helps me stay disciplined. When I have a strict schedule then I am just going from a to b to c, connecting the dots, getting stuff done, that I need to do. So that's what I'm doing connecting the dots.

                LOL, so is it just down to sarah and me, where is everyone else at? Am I keeping the ICES torch burning for all of those that have wandered away? Don't worry, I'm not judging, i'm the last one to judge, I took a very long vacation from ADBB, true mostly due to illness and then computer failure but still. Just check in every once in a while to let us know that your alive and doing ok. ok?

                    Workout went as follows

                    Dumbell Squats 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x25lbs changeover leg extensions 12x50lbs
                    Seated calf raises 12x60lbs,10x70lbs,8x80lbs,6x90lbs,12x90lbs, changeover standing calf raises 12x90lbs, Still haven't found the right weight for the calves they are very strong so I will up again next time.
                    Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x90lbs no change 12x90lbs.
                    Weighted cable crunches 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x70lbs,12x50lbs, no change 12x50lbs

                    Good workout wish I had a smith machine I may use my ball and weights next time for squats harder workout.

                      Hi guys. I am still sticking to plan, only did tj20 today and it kicked my butt!!!! bad!!! I am super stressed over a job opportunity(temporary opportunity) I will explain more later... basically I am deciding to take the backseat with my full time stylist position to teach cosmetology to high school students till the end of the year. Its something I have thought about doing before but is a drive to get there.... I will go there tomorrow to see just how far it is and pay and whatnot... I hope everything works out but for now I am being a worry wart.... I will stil work at least pt where I am at if it works out... sheesh! Sorry- I will be back soon........ I will let you guys know tomorrow how it pans out!!!! Send good vibes my way!!!!!!! I am praying everything will work out!!!!

                        Good luck Rikki!! It sounds like a great opportunity for you, I hope it all works out.

                        Just got home, I am sooo tired. I worked all day today and am dragging myself around, I will probably go to bed super early, tomorrow is my early day so I will be waking an hour earlier then usual, around 4:30, yikes! Got to do what you have to do to get through it though.

                        Well anywho, I'm gonna go sit on the sofa for a while and then go to sleep, lol.

                          I'm still here. You can't get rid of me that easy!!!

                          I have mono so I've been kinda sluggish lately. I was just getting ready to go to bed but I thought I'd hop on and say hello!

                          I'm glad to see that you guys are doing good. I'm interested in these protein shakes. Would they be Ok for me now, or wait until im farther along in the weight loss process? I have trouble in the mornings and they sound yummy. Please lemme know if you can.

                            lol, like a prom dress ... too cute! I hope you feel better soon babe. I drink the shakes as a replacement to a meal, only because I hate breakfast. After a week or two of intense workouts though I plan on using them to supplement my food though, we shall see. I am definatly not the pro though, I am just figuring my way through these, Sarah will be along here shortly and tell you all about them.

                            Phew, I'm tired. I really didn't want to get up this morning but I did! Hooray, I did Ramp it up this morning and my abs are screaming! I did the 6 pack routine two days in a row for the last two days and so my abs were super sore, and then to add insult to injury I did Ramp it UP today! ouch!! It's ok, soon I"m going to have "fabulous abs" like Debbie Siebers says, lol, she cracks me up.

                            Ok, well today is my early day. I'm up, I worked out, and I'm about to go hit the showers. I am so glad I started my excercise program up again, it feels good to get my metabolism going first thing in the morning. Hooray for a boosted metabolism. I've been doing pretty good with water, now I just have to start taking my supplements and the package will be complete. Oy vey! I hate taking those things.
