    Excellent Everyone I just Finished My LBW WOOHOO it was Brutal LOL.

    Workout went as follows.

    Lunges 12x0lbs,10x20lbs,8x30lbs,6x40lbs,12x20lbs, changeover Ball Squats 12x20lbs
    Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x90lbs,10x100lbs,8x110lbs,6x120lbs,12x90lbs, no change 12x90lbs
    Standing Calf Raises 12x70lbs,10x80lbs,8x90lbs,6x100lbs,12x80lbs no change 12x90lbs
    Ball Sit Ups 6 sets of 15 reps YOWEY nastie.

    My legs are like Jellow I can hardly stand to walk they are soooo wabbley but, it's all good.

        Just finished My cardio session I was pretty inpressed I ran a Pace of 10 minute per mile for 30 minutes and 9 minute mile for10 minutes I ran a total of 60 minutes and went 6 miles WOOHOO rockin baby. Walked .5 for a total of 6.5 miles for today

          Hi guys! glad to see you all are doing well!!! I am not feeling 100% today so i am not going to workout... I hope I feel better tomorrow I have a long day ahead of me!!!!
          School is out tomorrow so I won't be teachign but I am completely booked at the salon.... oh well... such is life!

            Hey guys, sorry to hear your down in the dumps Rikki, hope you are feeling better soon babe.

            Great job on the run Sarah, you totally blow me away with your commitment. I am so proud of you, you always push yourself so hard, you are such an inspiration to me, I want you to know that I love you and I am so impressed with all your hard work. I don't think that I tell you enough, great job sweetie!

            As for me I WENT SHOPPING! I bought a ton of cute stuff, most size 12!! I am officially a size 12 now guys, I can't believe it, it is so awesome! The next size down for me is a 10, an actual 10!!!!! I can't believe it. I don't think it has set in all the way, I am actually in shock about it, lol. I got such great stuff, a lot for school and work, stuff that is in style right now. I can't believe it, I know I'm gonna have to get some of this stuff sized down when I get to goal but I just had to get it, it was so cheap. The store was going out of business and they had a ton of cute stuff. More details in my journal.

            Ok, what else is going on, I went over to my parents house today all day and I think I fixed things with my sister, finally. It had been weighing on my mind for a long time and I think that we reached a place where we can both move on together in love. I am really happy about that, it takes a huge load off, ya know.

            Hmm, what else, oh yes. School starts on Tuesday which kind of stinks and I'm scared of throwing another monkey in the wrench or vice versa or whatever that phrase is, right now i want to throw the wrench at the monkey, lol. But anyway, I do have a point, and it is that I graduate in 16 weeks!!! I am actually going to walk across the stage and get a little scroll of white paper that I am going to pretend is my diploma until I get the real one in the mail a few weeks later. But it is still so cool! I am going to turn my tassel and actually be a college graduate!!! Holy Cow!!! I can't believe it is actually going to happen, i've been through so much to get to this point and I feel like it is the culmination of all of my struggeling and hard work. Woohoooooooo!!!! Ok, I'm nuts.

            Also worked out tonite, did ramp it up, 6 pack, and limber. Lots of stuff, feel pretty good, the endorphines are running through my body right now so that's why I'm all uppity and typing a book, lol. I'm off to bed to try to sleep or I might put on dirty dancing, haven't gotten my patrick swaze (sp?) in a while. He he, I'm such a freak.

              I have no Idea what my Bodies Problem is GRR. I am doing what I need to do pushing it exercising watching calories BLAH BLAH BLAH and I am all over the damn place pn the scale. I know don't worry bout the scale. Well, I turn to it when inches are stuch which they are. I haven't lost a size in a long time it would be really great to know all this hard work is doing somehting to my body. HMMM. Another stucker point I am frusturated and perplexed as to what my body is doing. Don't take too much in what the nutridiary says you lose on your calories what a pie of crap. If that was the case I would be down 6 pounds since Christmas instead I am today 192 the weight I was 2 months ago so basiclly I might as well say I have not lost in 2 months cause I haven't This BLOWS Goats.

              Any how I will stop feeling sorry for myself no reason and I will keep on going no matter what this is a life for me now so I'll just STOP IT.

              Thanks Yoly for your words they really mean a lot to me comming from you. I don't know how you do so much I guess just like how you don't know I do LOL. We are a pair aren't we.

              I hope you are feeling better today Rikki and the action packed day at the salon goes well.

              It's upper body today. I have severe pain in my hand not too sure what I did but, it's bad I can hardly grab or lift anyhting I am not too sure what I am gunna do today if it hurts when I lift but, I have to bo it I won't be happy if I don't and will well be miserable.

              Her's to losing inches I don't care about the Pounds. God Please let me lose a size.

                Sorry to hear that you are having trouble Sarah (hugs). You don't need me to placate you with all the stuff you already know. Just know that your great, your doing everything you can, your body is just adjusting, and most importantly you are one hot mama! Hello, didn't you just tell me about an old flame wanting to hook up, lol. He wouldn't have wanted to if you weren't hot, so there.

                I haven't been hungry at all today, kind of forcing myself to eat. I think it's the ketosis but everyone in my house is sick, and it could be the beginning of that, oh God I really hope not. School starts tomorrow and with all thats on my plate I don't think I could handle being sick.

                Anyway, I didn't work out this morning but I plan to in a little bit when abi goes up to bed. I hate working out at night but I am forcing myself to do it. I am going ot wake up early tomorrow morning and do it again before school, I always feel so alive when i work out first thing in the morning. I went out and bought myself some really pretty notebooks and a cute binder with flowers. I haven't been looking forward to school but pretty school supplies are always a pick me up so I got to do that today at least.

                Well I should go, I need to force myself to eat something here, I don't want to use up all my reserves and then REALLY get sick. ta ta for now.

                  I'm doing ok other then the severe pain in my hand which I did go see the Doc about today. This has been going on for 2 weeks now and Just getting worse and worse so I opted to go to the doc rather then take any more pain meds LOL. Notice I have been exercising even know I have been in Pain it's my right of course my dominant hand that I do everything with of course. SO my Doc had me Buy a special splint for my hand it goes up the thumb so I have no thimb movement I damaged my nerve that runs throuhg my hand and I am to wear this splint for 2 weeks all day every dat and go back and see him in 2 weeks. It's increadibly sore and just trying to pick up my little guy would just about send me to the floor crying. SO it does feel a little better being stablized. Good lord he says this may be an ongoing problem and I surely hope not I don't wanna have to endure this too much hey at least I can still run with a Bum hand Lifting upper body weights is a challenge but, I still do it just gotta adapt to the injury I am not letting up NO way no How.

                  Any way my doctor Rocks and explained to me in stupid tems why I am stuck and he made such awesonme sence don't ask me to repeat it cause I won't get it out right HA HA HA. Any how I am at ease and know I'll be going down again soon

                  Well take care all I ran for 75 minutes todayt YAY me

                    Oh and Guess what I got my bulk Tea from Taiwan MMM it's soo nice Real tea it's twigs so it's fresh WOW what great stuff and the flavour is amazing way better then a tea bag. I got Green tea and it's fab when you boil it the color is actually almost an amber color and the flavor is soo much more intense.

                      Hey Sarah, I hope you odn't have what I've got. Carpel Tunnel is pretty much a forever problem that doesn't really go away. I always have to be careful with my hands not to overdo and to find different ways to do things that wont agrivate the condition. Funny, mine flared up when I was doing heavy weights too. Just watch out, you don't want to further strain it,you could do some serious damage. I had braces too and had to sleep with them for a month! It was actually a lot better then it sounds, I'm careful now and don't even realize that I am being so.

                      I had a great day today, I am tired though. I really didn't want to wake up this morning and waited until the last possible moment to get up, I snoozed until 6 and then had to practically run to make it to my first class on time. It's ok though, I got my workout in which is what I cared about anyway. I worked a lot today too so I am kind of dragging. I'm gonna go to bed early tonite and then wake up early to do it all over again. It was pretty cold out there today and it's gonna be even colder tomorrow, so I have to bundle up!

                          Thanks Teejay! I am wearing a pair of 12 jeans today, I feel great! I stepped on the scale and am down another two pounds, I'm now at 175.5. I can't believe it, I have been working hard but not insane or anything, but I can practically feel my body shrinking, it is so awesome!

                            Man I am sooo Jealous I am still Fluctuating Back up to 193 watching what I eat like a hawk GOOD LORD. GIVE ME A break and working my freaken *** off 2 hours of exercise today and right now I just feel like FOR WHAT!!!!

                            Lower Body weight training.

                            Bar Squats 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x70lbs,12x50lbs changeover leg extensions 12x50lbs
                            Hamstring Curls 12x20lbs,10x30lbs,8x40lbs,6x50lbs,12x30lbs changeover stiff legged deadlifts 12x80lbs
                            Seated Calf raises 12x70lbs,10x80lbs,8x90lbs,6x100lbs,12x80lbs, no change 12x80lbs
                            Situp Bench 6 sets 15 reps full situps. (WOW)

                            I ran for 1 hour before lifting 5 miles and walked for 10 minutes total of 70 minutes treadmill 1 hour Weight training.

                              ok- jealous of both of you!!!! I am at 195- however, very very happy to be there!!!! especially since when I was there before I was a size 18 now I am more than comfortable in a 16 and I can actually button 14s! anyway- I will join you both soon! and sarah- don't get discouraged- You are great... I know I know I know your tape measure keeps a good workout! You are constantly shrinking!!!!!
