    Hey everyone! I did it, day numer 2, cheat-free. Now, I just need the self-control to stay off the scale until Thursday, because I am one of those people that has to weigh myself everytime I pee! I did accomplish a 45 min. walking tape today! My daughter McKayla (3 yrs.) even got into it! Can we have bologna if it is sugar-free? Oh, and is beef supposed to taste sweet? Or are my taste buds just screwed up? I don't think I am getting ENOUGH carbs now! Figure that one out! I'm gonna make my fitday public, so maybe someone can tell me what I am doing wrong!

          Hi tk, WELCOME! Im sorry I haven't come around to welcome you into our little challenge, I have a crazy mixed up life. That is so great that you are on day 2, congrats, I know how hard it can be beginning something that you don't think is even doable. You can do it! Know it, believe it, and it will become your reality. OH, I love the line in your siggy by Ford, so true.

          Well ladies, feeling small this morning I stepped on the scale and am 172! I can't believe it. Everytime that I lose another pound or two I am in total shock. Honestly it's wierd, like I keep waiting for someone to wake me up from a lovely dream and tell me that I'm wrong, that there is no way you can lose weight like this and that I am really back where I started. It's a horrible feeling, I hate it. But I know that that is just all part of my insecurities, somethings I have to deal with. Anyway, today is for happy, I am at 172, that is awesome for me. I want to get into the 160's so bad I can taste it. It's like the closer I get the more I want it. I am so excited. Imagine!! So far I have lost 68 pounds, holy crapp I have almost lost 70 pounds, OMG!

            Thanks for the warm welcome! This should be an interesting day, I woke up sicker than a dog. . .lots of broth and water for me!!! This is actually day number 20 for me, but I didn't do too well in the beginning, thought this would be the perfect place for me, cause I need someone to keep my butt in line! I did do a 45 minute walking tape yesterday morning, I felt great! Tried to do it this morning again, but my head hurts too much! Wow, I feel like I got hit by a truck!!! It's a beautiful day out, maybe I'll take the dog for a jog/walk this afternoon when the hubby gets home. . .

              Hey, TK glad to see you here but, sooo sorry you are feeling like caca. I am the same way headache earache and a horrible cough. I have hardly eaten a thing in 2 days LOL. I just don't feel like it. Let your body rest if you are throwing up it needs it then you can be back to exercising again. You'r doing fab and I will more then happy Keep you in line. If you have MSN or AIM I am on almost all the time so if you are having trouble send me a PM and I'll give you my screen name addy to help you through. Support is huge when you are starting I truly belive that if you have someone to chat with more times then not you will get through it.

              I feel like I am losing weight WOOHOO well I got up this morning and after yesterday my legs hurt sooo bad what a rockin workout WOOHOO. I should be getting my Brand new treadmill really soon as soon as we get the cashola in Feb some time. I am soo darn excited I can't tell you. Oh and like I saidf I am not feeling 100% which when I get sick usually means I am gunna lose weight WOOOHOO. I ahve no idea why but every other time I ahve had a huge WHoosh I have gotten sick right before it. Like my immune system goes down and I drop Pounds I have no idea but, I am not going to resist it. I am taking my vits like crazy 3x a day right now so that I don't get really sick I hope I hope. My asthma has been acting up too which makes it hard to run right now but, I am still doing it although I think today I will take the day off running and Just lift weights.

              Glad to see everyone is doing so well I don't have a scale and I am really happy about it I don't need it any how I am sick of looking at it so until I drop a size I am not going to bother.

                  WOOOHOOO TK look at you go YA that's the Way cheat Free rocks keep your reains tight and you're in for a great ride. You should be sooo Proud that's excellent.

                  On a crappy NOTE I am pissed. I have a shin splint at least that's what I think it is in my right leg so I ahev to take a few days off running GRRRR, Damn it what the heck I was injury free for so long now this and I have cut back. Oh well what do you do, rest, ice recover right.

                    So how is everyone doing today?? I am good except yesterday when I ran I hurt my shin Muscle first injurey for running for me. It was icey outside and I was skidding all over the place I am sure that contributed to it. I sure hope it gets better really soon cause I hate being hurt.

                    SO today is a big one the No rest Queen yes, that's right I am taking today as a day off. I need to get better to run on Sunday hopefully a long run I am really looking to 2 hours of running.

                    OH OH did I tell you I feel really skinny today, nope not weighing I would ahte to see that nothing happened then be frusturated so I am taking my skinny feeling and gunna roll with it. HE HE

                        Yup that's why I am taking it easy today it's sooo hard and I wanna do something soo bad. This is how crazy my mind works I was thinking oh, I could do Tae Bo today What am I thinking do I really wanna be down for 4 months with an injurey I think not so I will relax take this time to reflect and go forward tomorrow.

                          OK so Leg has been Very Bad so I have to stay off of it If I don't I can't walk at the end of the day So I have taken 2 sick days so far. I may do some squates that's about the only exercise that doesn't require me to move my leg too much. I am upset at this and hope it doesn't set me back too far. I ahve the Biggest fear of losing control right now I don't like not Knowing what is happening with my body and when I finally say OK, I have to rest it puts me into stress. I get worried that I will lose everything I ahve gained lose my Body lose my ability and most of all lose my drive to do it. I know this is crazy But, it's true and This I pray will heal very quickly so I can get back to it again.

                            I had to catch up on my sleep, i was slacking in that department.
