                        welp, found a computer to check in from :wave weighed this mornin & no change heh, but that's great considering the fact I've been oh so way bad this past week lol, but I'll be home Monday & back on track having easier access to low-carb groceries heh (they have stuff here, but it's mostly ya have to go to 3 different stores to get it all)

                        good thing I found though, actually bought & can fit into! a pair of size 36 jeans! was more than slightly happy lol

                                I'm down to 181 as of yesterday's weigh day. So that gives me a loss of 1.5 lbs.
