    I haven't lost any weight! I do have good news though...i've lost 2 inches off my body so far!! An inch here, a half inch there...but it counts! The tape measure is definately my friend nowadays. If not for those results I might've fallen off the wagon. Congratulations chrleeann and StephieSue! You guys are doing great!!

        I lost another 4lbs overnight, ahh.....super clean induction is wonderful!

            Oh, I lost another 0.5 pounds this week, so I'm now at 207. That whoosh fairy better visit me soon!

              Wow, that's 6 lbs. in 2 days!! Congratulations!!

              I am going to follow your lead and have a clean(er) induction than I have been! I'm enjoying my pants getting a tiny bit looser every week!

                I Love a good wooshie!
                well I went super, super clean on saturday, i weighed in sunday morning down 2lbs.
                weighed in again monday morning and lost another 2lbs.
                then check this morning and down 4lbs.

                so 8lbs in 3 days!!!

                (im too excited) now since im talking about it, i will weigh in tomorrow and i will be 399 or something, LOL!

                  Guess I better start using fitday again or just write my meals down. maybe I'm suffering from carb creep? hmmmm. I will definately be more on my toes so that the whooshie fairy will visit me soon!

                    Wow speedy! You have definitely inspired me to quit messing around and just get going with a real, clean induction.

                    I went to the store last night and bought strict induction foods. I didn't even buy my staple Diet Rite or Arizona diet green tea. I bought a bag of raw spinach to make salad with (I checked the carb content - 4 carbs for 4 cups raw, minus 2 fiber = 2 carbs per 4 cups raw, and I can have 2-3 cups a day), some salad dressing with less than 2% sugar & 2 carbs per 2 tbsp., and tuna, and red meat & prepared horseradish to go with that, and a boatload of eggs to make deviled eggs & tuna salad with. Tonight I'm going to cook Philly cheesesteak (without the bread of course). For breakfast I have eggs with cheese and olives and mushrooms and a few onions, and of course Tabasco.

                    I bought myself some tennis shoes that have steel toes in them. Actually this is my second pair, they're so comfortable. Being a little heavy (4 lbs. I think for both) can be nothing but good in helping burn a little extra fat. I'm thinking about getting some of those wrist/ankle weights to wear while I'm zipping around at work, too.

                    And now I am finally back to drinking water like it's going outta style.

                    Looking forward to that weigh-in on Sunday!

                      I have done my weigh in and stats for my progress in February and I lost 6lbs and 4"!!!! Now to recommit myself for March and get regular w/exercise.

                        well this morning i was still at 265, so no loss.

                        today i ate too many veggies so im hoping that im not going up, as long as i stay the same, i will be happy

                          Everyone is doing so great !!!!!
                          As the week is ending I am getting nervous, I had a bout with peanut butter that was my only cheat but it was not a good one . And I have been slacking on the exercise . Ok time for me to get off my pitty wagon and get with it! Good luck to everyone, hope there is less of me to check in on Sunday !

                              Still the same here!
                              The past two days I have been slacking a little bit in the exercise dept. but i've been drinking more water for that and hopefully I will have a minute to exercise. This morning I have a meeting at 7:30am so I know theres no way to squeeze it in now

                              HHHHHEEEELLLLLLLLLLLOOOOO EVERYONE?!?!??!?! Sheesh, its a ghost town in here!!!

                                Speedy Yeah Seems Not Like Many Are Checking In, Some I Havent Seen At All!!!!! I Weigh In Tomorrow, And I Know It's Going To Be Bad. I Haven't Exercised In Days, And Last Night My Daughter Had A Birthday Slumber Party And I Had A Piece Of Pizza Crust And All. Since The Pizza I Feel Like I Am Bloated And Twice As Big As I Was The Day Before, All Over A Peice Of Pizza, Disgusting!!!!!!! Today Is My Daughter Birthday, And No No No No Cake Or Ice Cream For Me Nope, I Am Going To Be Good!!!!!!!!! I Just Don't Know What My Problem Is, I Know What I Have To Do To Lose This, But I Dont Know If I Get Scared If I Lose The Weigth I Wont Have Anything To Hide Behind Or What. I Get Happy When The Scale Moves But I Think It Scares Me Too.

                                Speedy Good Job On The Water, I Am Struggling With That Too I Don't Think I Have Any Water In 2-3 Days, I Know I Need It And Have To Have It But I Seem To Avoiding It Like The Plague. I Just Dont Know Why I Do This To My Self, All This Self Stabogating????
