    Welcome all newbies! I am here, slackni on the postin already but I will get better! I have been donig great food wise! exercise wise too! water- I have been drinking so much of it I think I will burst! lmao!

    Sarah- I think that tat will be gorgeous! I love how the lillies look like the tiger! very nice!!!!

    OK- I will try to check in again in a while. I just got home from work adn I am on my way to work!!! sheesh!!!!

        Hey Guys another setback for me I am sooo increadibly upset the tears are Just welling in my eyes GOD what next. I have GOUT how the **** did that happen. Doc said it is hereditary but, I am pissed I thought only old People got Gout I thought that I couldn't get it when he said I had it I was in shoke. I now have to take these heavy duty anti inflamitories cause if it gets worse you can damge your Joints, and I have to really up my water intake to flush the Uric Acid out of my Body. LORD I AM SOOO UPSET I can't tell you how upset. I am already missing my workouts now I don't know what the heck Maybe god is Giving me Hints to Be easy on myself and take a Break I don't know I hope that's it I don't wanna lose what I gained.

        I'm sorry I'll stop now

          Hey guys, I am here. Sorry I slacked off on the posting last challenge, I barely had time to breath last month, a just turned in a HUGE project at work though so I should have more time.

          I am committing to posting here at last every day during the week and try for everyday on the weekends.

              Ok I want in.......I am so impressed with your overall change Sarah! I'm interested in getting into the weights so what better way to learn then by watching someone who knows what they are doing and who is working it!

              I'm sorry to hear about the gout.

              I'm committed to staying cheatfree and will try to post each day the month of feb.. I want to be held accountable.
              I tried putting an Ices thing in my siggy but I am really bad with the computer and need some help to do it.

                Oh hello No Problem there Girl WHich thing are you trying to Put in the Siggie if it's Just the ICES cheat free that's easy to explain.

                Go into User CP and on the left there is a link says edit Signature go into that and Just Type the thing in your Siggie It's as easy as that HE HE. Not too Hard. You can change it to Bold change coclr everything on there when you get it to how you want it then you just save it.

                Thanks so much for the Compliment Chrissey lately I feel like a tode But, I would love to help you in any way I possibly can. I am going to be doing Upper Body weight training today. Since I can't run at this Moment I will be breaking My body Parts up so that I still get 5 workouts in a week. YAY.

                Yesterday was a writeoff cause I could hardly stand. Man the Meds I got though work WONDERS WOOHOOO and I feel Pretty darn awesome today YAY for that. SO I'll be doing legs today and ABS.

                  YAY I did my Lower Body workout it felt good to do it I am Gllad I am able to right now Cause I feel like such a Bump on a LOG.

                  Workout went as follows.

                  Leg Extensions 12x60,10x70,8x80,6x90,12x70 changeover Wide legged Squat 12x50
                  Stiff Legged Deadlifts 12x90,10x100,8x110,6x120,12x110, changeover hamstring curls 12x30
                  Seated Calf Raises 12x80,10x90,8x100,6x110,12x100 changeover standing calf raises 12x100
                  Decline sit ups, 1set 25 reps no weight, 3sets 20reps 10 lbs

                  Glad to see everyone here Have a wonderful day I don't think I am gunna be really sore today I really need to up the weights again. Good lord I thought this would do it. My legs are really strong.

                        Hello all, how is everyone? I hope your gout is better sweetie, I've been thinking about you. (hugs)

                        Well my life is kind of challenging right now but I am still here going strong, did you guys expect any different? (for more details check journal, sigh).

                        I worked out this morning, I did ramp it up, I had a pretty fantastic morning hanging out with Abi before work and school. I am at work now and then after work I am taking her to Whole Foods, it's her favorite place to go in the world because she gets lots and lots of goodies to eat, lol. A pack of blueberries in teh produce, a muffin at the bakery, cheese slices at the deli, you name it, she's got all of the workers there wrapped around her little finger, lol. She must get that from me.

                        Tonite I plan on hanging out with friends, I don't have any concrete plans yet, but i just have to get the **** out of my house. My home life sucks right now, I'm just putting my time in until I can get the heck out. I pray to God that it will be soon! Anyway, I may go to R&R lounge with a girlfriend, or go play pool with a gay guyfriend, not sure yet. Anyway, I guess it'll be about what I feel like doing later, R&R is kind of like a dance place, pool is mellow. I am leaning towards mellow, but we will see.

                        Ok, so how is everyone else, losing I hope. TOM for me so not losing much of anything, still I can be patient, lol.

                        I did put on a pair of pants that I just bought less then a month ago, they were tight and now they are lose. It's kind of irritating. I find stuff that I really like in my size and then I ungrow it, or whatever the word is. Ya know, I like these pants, I want them to shrink right along with me. Oh well, once I finish losing I'll just get everythign altered to my new size. I hope I get to goal soon, I am anticipating that by the summer I should be there. I can't wait! Hey, maybe I'll even feel confident enough to wear a bathing suit, my whole life I've felt awful in a bathing suit, I can't imagine feelign confident and beautiful wearing one, I hope that happens to me. LOL, I'm nuts, and I wrote a book, I'm off to work some more.

                          I did Run today Felt really Great I didn't push it ran for 15 minutes went a total of 2.33 miles WOW I did awesome that's a pretty good Clip I also Just finished my weight training Holly Crap I am soooo sore Damn my arms are sooo Nastie and weak right now. I feel like I really Push the Boundries and did something great for me though WOOOHOOO.

                          Workout went as Follows.

                          Weighted Bend overs(don't know what they are called)12x20lbs, 10x40lbs, 8x50lbs, 6x60lbs, 12x50lbs changeover lay down back flies 12x15lbs
                          Front raises 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs, 12x15lbs, changeover side raises 12x15 lbs
                          Incline chest Flies 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x15lbs changeover incline dumbell press 12x 15lbs
                          Upright Tricep Extensions 12x50lbs,10x60lbs, 8x70lbs, 6x80lbs, 12x60lbs changeover standing tricep Press 12x60lbs (OUCH)
                          Bicep Cable Curls 12x50lbs,10x60lbs,8x70lbs,6x80lbs,12x60lbs changeover hammer curls 12x15 lbs
