    OKie dokie guys--- a new me! thats what you are going to see... I haven't lost any weight in like a month and that has to change! I had quit using fitday and been slackin int he exercise departmetn and with taking supplements... well... fitday here I come. I am a user for sure starting today!!!!!!!!

    so, revised goals for me are.....
    FITDAY
    EXERCISE at least 4x per week.
    water- been fairly good about this one... at least 100oz per day
    supplements... I need to go buy soem more of these
    Keep my percentages where they ned to be and eat 1500 cal per day, however, I won't beat myself up if I occasionally go over!!!


    I am going to do this like this for a while, I am goign to give it a fair chance and I should lose the weight if I keep it up, however, If I do keep it up and don't lose, I am reevaluating this plan for me at least for a while...because I have been thinking of doing ww again, but decided I need to do this right first because it has worked for me in the past and I think it can work for me now.I think I just have let my portions get outta control!!! time to control myself! I am going to do this I am going to lose the weight!!!!!


    BTW- snow everywhere here.. everyone cross your fingers I won't have school tomorrow!!!!!! Yeah, that would be nice!!!!!

        Rikki - WW??? You heathen! . Are you still on "induction"? Yoly started losing some more weight when she started going up the rungs. Hope you find what your trigger is!!!

          That's true Rikki, I lost a ton this past month as I slowly started additing stuff back in. That might be something you should consider. Jump back into induction for a little while, do everything perfectly right and then start OWL, slowly. Take your time, make sure your doing it right. I lost about 6 pounds this past month, I can't remember exactly, and that's what I did.

          Whatever you decide, I know it will work for you, you are an increadibly strong and beautiful women. Only YOU know your body and what it needs, (hugs) we will always be here for you even if you put low-carb on the shelf for a while. Just promise that if you do make the switch to WW you won't dump us for your weekly meeting friends.

          Oh, and hope there is no school. Lucky duck, it doesn't even snow here, I never got snow days home from school when I was a kid. I wished that one day I would wake up and it would be covered in snow outside, of course it gets to about the 40's here and everyone thinks thats freezing, usually winter is around 50s or 60s, lol, today it's gonna be 70 degrees. I'm wearing a skirt out of the house this morning, how about you?

            Well, today is beautiful here! It is about 60 and feelin fine!

            Las Vegas here I come baby in June!!!!
            Now, to get to business before I go. I am thinking I can lose at least 8lbs per month. Thats what I am going to shoot for anyway, not just before vegas but from now on! until maintenance anyway... I could be to goal in 5 months. I just gotta do it! No more excuses!!!!!I am planning calories and if I eat I think like 1600 calories and workout I should be able to do it~!! If I can lose 2 a week that is super duper!!!! a restriction of 1000 cal per day! If I actually do that it would put me at 165 just 5lbs from goal! Wow- that is settting in verrrryyy well... I coul almost be at goal by the time I get to vegas! I have never been soclose to goal, even at 30lbs to lose... WOW 15 weeks... I can and will do this... FITDAY to keep me in line, and adbb of course!!!! whoooo hoooo I am psyched~!

                    WOW 70 I am sooo jealous it's -30 here and with the wind it's -42 I kept my Oldest at home from school it's too damn cold YUCK.

                    So I think I will be getting my Treadmill here in the next day or so it's like a luxury liner and it's worth more them my Vehicle ROFL. I spend more time on my treadmill so why not have a good one. I am sooo excited I can't wait.

                        yeay Sarah! A new treadmill! That is going to be sooo awesome! I walked/jogged today with my pooch and My hips are super sore.. I haven't had my shoes long but I think it may be time for a new pair... BUT, It feels really good to be jogging again! I can't wait to get where I can jog more thana mile!

                          Well, I just got back from the gym and I had a good walk/jog. I walked for about .8 miles and I jogged for 1.2 at 5.5mph. I feel great, My hips and ankles are sore though. I think I may need to invest in some new running shoes!
                          I sneaked a peek at the scale this morning too, it said 195.8... thats down from the last time I checked!!! I can't wait to weigh in again on Sunday... I took measurements a few days ago too so in a couple weeks I will be checking those too. I really thing running is like the best thing you can do for your body... I have bad knes and I used to think I couldn't run... granted I am sure that losing 50lbs has helped a bit too! But I am loving the fact that I can jog again~!!!
