OKie dokie guys--- a new me! thats what you are going to see... I haven't lost any weight in like a month and that has to change! I had quit using fitday and been slackin int he exercise departmetn and with taking supplements... well... fitday here I come. I am a user for sure starting today!!!!!!!!
so, revised goals for me are.....
FITDAY
EXERCISE at least 4x per week.
water- been fairly good about this one... at least 100oz per day
supplements... I need to go buy soem more of these
Keep my percentages where they ned to be and eat 1500 cal per day, however, I won't beat myself up if I occasionally go over!!!
I am going to do this like this for a while, I am goign to give it a fair chance and I should lose the weight if I keep it up, however, If I do keep it up and don't lose, I am reevaluating this plan for me at least for a while...because I have been thinking of doing ww again, but decided I need to do this right first because it has worked for me in the past and I think it can work for me now.I think I just have let my portions get outta control!!! time to control myself! I am going to do this I am going to lose the weight!!!!!
BTW- snow everywhere here.. everyone cross your fingers I won't have school tomorrow!!!!!! Yeah, that would be nice!!!!!

. Are you still on "induction"? Yoly started losing some more weight when she started going up the rungs. Hope you find what your trigger is!!!
