    Joining in. I want to be a size 12 by March 24th so I'll be happy to be somewhere in that neighbor hood - maybe even a 14 by March 20th. That should be around 185. I plan on staying on target with eating and as much as I can w/ exercise.

      (((((slimndown))))) It's so great to have you! We're so glad you joined. You'll be at your goal in no time! What do you have going on the 24th of march? That's my son's first b-day! What a great day it'll be

      Well, today I took my exercise a step up. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, which is 2.5 miles, instead of 20-25 minutes. Did the usual 300 crunches and 30 situps.

      Drank all my water too!!! Today was a good day and I'd love to see the scale tomorrow!!

        Well, all this exercising have definately paid off. Today I weighed in at 166.4! I am so excited. I did my 30 min. of the elliptical, and 30 sit ups, and 300 crunches. I am 1.4 pounds away from Valentine's Day goal...I know I can make it! Wahoo!!!

        I'm rethinking my goal for this challenge, but not too sure yet. I think I can lose more then 10 pounds in a month and 6 days. I'll have to think about it though.

          Good morning! Still here and plugging away getting nowhere...LOL! DH home from work so that always throws things off a bit for me. Plus my mom will be coming next week..we are getting together to work on our scrapbook albums. Should be fun! Be a great day and don't forget to drink your water!

            Hi everyone! Hope everyone is doing well! Trying to fit in my water today. Was good and took all my vitamins, but I did take the day off from exercising. I'm currently doing the 6 week exercise challenge too, aiming for 6 days a week. I am a little frustrated because the scale has been stuck lately! But I have a good feeling it will move soon. I hope everyone has a good day, and I look forward to hearing from all of you!

              **** Everyone. Sorry I haven't been around, we had a huge snow storm and lost power twice!!! It was horrible, especially w/ an infant, but we're okay. We're home now and I'll be exercising and weighing in. I don't weigh on the weekends, I like the suprise on Monday. I was 166.2 friday morning, but it was such a subtle change, I didn't put it in my siggy. Hopefully, it'll be good news! LOL

              Well, have a great day everyone!! Tomorrow is the last day of the Valentine's Day challenge and it should, hopfully, get busy in here!! LOL

                Sorry, I haven't been around lately either . My dad died this past week and my XDH is being a jerk, so I've been too exhausted to exercise but I've been sticking with everything else really well and found that I'm now 198 and shrinking out of my 16's, so I'm still well on my way to goal!!!!!!

                      ((((((Slim))))))) I am so sorry for your loss. If theirs ANYTHING I can do for you, you just let me know, okay? You are very strong for stickin to your goals in the midst of all of that. You are amazing.
                      My Great Grandmother is 96 and is very sick and in the hospital, probably w/ only a day at best left. I hope that I can be as strong as you are. I'm sorry again, but thanks so much for letting us know how you're doing. You are such an inspiration. (((HUGS)))

                        I would like to join your spring challenge as well!!!! I would like to get my weight down to 225, do 100 sit-ups a day in march ( I am currenty in the Feb. sit up challenge) and drink a gallon of water a day. those are my so simple sounding goals...yet as we all know it is easier said than done, but I think I can do it!!!!! Keep up the great work all!!!

                          i too would like to join!!! my goal for march 20 is to be down to 166.6 lbs (thats 10 lbs down)...it seems like a lot but i hope i can do it! i would also like to be able to run/jog for 30 min of the treadmil...right now i can only really do spurts of 10 min (i can go forever on the elitical w/high strides per min and high resistance) but runninng full out has always escaped me.....anyway those are my goals...

                                Eat my veggies

                                Take my supplements
