      You are so right!! I was induced b/c my BP went through the roof, and my fluid level dropped. Well, they induced me and I was in non-progressive labor for 48 hours. It was horrible. I couldn't get anything for the pain b/c they weren't sure which way it was going to go. The nurses kept saying, oh lets wait. Yea, okay.
      Well, after not dialating to not more that 1 c, which happened the first night, this stupid a$$ nurse and other names I won't call her...came in and stripped my membranes which was the worse feeling I have ever felt in my entire life. Oh yea, I have a tilted uterus too, so um yea, she should have NEVER done that. DR was furious...Anyway, after 48 hours of agony, dr and I and DH decided to have a c-section. I just knew something wasn;t right, other than the obvious! Come to find out, their was a TRUE knot in the umbilical cord. Thank God I hadn't waited.

      I still have numbness along my incision scar, but that's it. Joey was 8 lbs, 11.7 oz!

      He said he have NEVER seen a true knot in the umbilical cord before. I was in a horrible accident when I was 4 1/2 months pregnant. The car rolled several times and caught fire...a big painful mess...anyhow, I went to the DR on November 4th, he was still breech, and I was in the accident the 5th and that night, they did an ultrasound, which of course I was not concious for, but DH vouched... and he had turned around. That's when DR thinks it happened. Just aweful.

      It's amazing the things we through for our children, and I would do it all over again if I had to

      This is so nice to talk to you ladies about this. I don't speak to my mother at all, and it's better that way. She did show up for the delivery, and said that I couldn't make a decision like that blah blah blah. Yes I am young, but a 19 year old who has been pregnant for 9 months knows what she's talking about. Afterwards, he came in to check on me, and said in fron tof my mother, that Joseph would have been a still birth, had I not gotten the c-section. I love the mother's intuition (mine, I mean)

      Oh yea, and one last thing, Joey ended up being born on his due date. How cool is that?!?

        Ok, my goal where i wanna be by the end of the month:
        247/230/150 thats my main goal i would like to be at 215 by the end of the month!
        I will continue 5 cardio workouts a week and 2 weight lifting classes.
        I guess that is my goal OH, and drink more water of course !!!

          My daughter is 3 her name is Morgan i will try and post a picture of her later. I am trying to get her dressed so we can go to the stables. I will check in later with you guys

            Had to pop in for a moment to share my exciting news!

            Anyhow...I haven't measured since Dec 2 because I lost my sheet. So I found it and today I measured and I've lost a bit since then but I did something today that I have never done before and it floored me and I almost cried. You got to try this. It is so much different than 'seeing' it in your head!!

            Okay...take your tape measure and put it around what ever body part you want and then add back the inches of what you were there when you started. Slide your fingers up until you are there. See that space?? That is how much smaller you are!!!! OMG!! I lost 2 inches off my neck...I lost 7 inches off my bust...6 1/2 under my bust...8 off my waist and 10 off my hips!!!

            I knew I had lost 57 pounds and that I was smaller...but to see it in the space of that tape measure....unbelieveable!!!

              Elsie that is fansastic!! I am so proud of you!!! That's a really great idea, we should all try that.

              I am so glad that you got to see the difference!!!!

              Well, I am here to report my weight.......and..........166.2!!!!!!!! Yea!!! I'm 1.6 under pre-TOM weight! Yippie! I am soo excited that it moved after almost 2 weeks of being stuck! LOL I also did 20 minutes on the elliptical at 4 resistance.

                  Hey Girls!!

                  We finally have internet back up and running again at home! I want to be part of this challenge, want to lose 10 pounds by March 21st...which is approx 3 weeks from now!

                  Please put my starting weight at 251 lbs! Thanks Steph!

                  Looks like an exciting and motivated group of poeple in this challenge!

                    Exciting and Motivating are some nice words to describe us...I'd say more like loopy and nuts, but that's okay! LOL..Who started this challenge for all these nutty people, anyway????!!!!! LOL!!

                        Hey all I have not posted here in a while. Well I am 20lbs away from my goal...which means I will need to loose lb. a day. So I think I shall fall a little short, but I will even be happy with that as I said in the begining!!! I have not given up though so we shall see!!!! Good Luck to you all and glad to see that you are doing well!!!

                          Just droppin by quickly- Way to go jsj! yippeee for your weigh in!!!!

                          I weighed in at 189.8 this morning, so back under 190. I went to the gym today rana mile then had to walk the rest because my ankles were killing me!!!!!! I went immediately after though and bought new shoes. I think mine were just worn out! I bought the same exact pair though in a different color! I did that the last time too- I always seem to get 2 of the same just different colors here lately! Oh well- they were comfu before, jst got worn out! well, I will catch up with yall later!!!!

                            Wahoo, new sneakers. I love getting a nice fresh pair of shoes!

                            I can't wait to weigh in! Hopefully it moved again! That'd be nice! I really wanna make goal. I think I can do it! No cheating and TOM is outta the way so I will work my a$$ off exercising and see where I go! Over the past week and a half, I wasn't losing pounds, but I was losing inches. I can FINALLY tell I've lost. I am 1 pound less than in pics in the gallery (siggy is at 177 or something like that..) but I feel a LOT skinnier. I gotta measure in a bit.

                            I'll be back to report my weight and my measurements!!
