    Hi all have not been on the board in awhile, just reporting in... I am 13lbs. away from goal!!!! How is everyone else progressing???

      WAHOO!! Look at you guys meltinggggggggggg away!!!!

      I am feeling a little better today, thank goodness!! My throat doesn't hurt as bad either! I am sill kinda stiff and achey, but I am MUCH better. Thanks for asking!

      Also, I am down to 164.4. That's .4 over 3 days, but that's okay. I haven't been eating much, b/c I haven't had an appetite, and my stomach has been quesey. Not today though! I am back to normal eating habits so I think it'll scoot down the scale here shortly.
      If I don't eat enough, I either stay the same or gain for some reason, so I am thankful for my tiny loss

      You guys are all doing so fabulous!

        Thanks...I shall try to get back to reporting in more regularly!!! Hey I have had a bad cough and felt bad the last 2 weeks and I have done great, so I know you are going to be fine. Glad to hear you are feeling better!!! Keep it up!!

          Good Morning Everyone!

          I want to apologize for not being around very much lately. I feel like I let you guys down by not posting much. I hate being that way. Just between being sick, and getting ready for my Dad's wedding and Joey's Birthday, AND trying to re-read my book on Catholicism, I am BEAT! I will be better though, I promise.

          Okay for the update...I have been HORRIBLE about drinking my water. Maybe only 30-40 oz a day. That will change today. I haven't been working out because everytime I take a deep breath, it sends me into this coughing fit. It's aweful and I hate it.

          I'm disappointed, b/c now everyone around me is getting sick, with the same crud I have, so I am thinking it wasn't the die off reaction I had hoped it would be. I am still sticking w/ KISS and my probiotic, b/c I have to get this under control.

          My weight hasn't been moving much, but I think that's because I had some cheese, which does that, and taking Medicine, plus not eating much and not enough water...that'll do the trick! I finally felt well enough to eat 3 good meals yesterday and I had my appetite back, thankfully.

          (((((Heather))))), it is so great to see you and congrats!!!!! We miss you!

          (((((Lost))))), Thanks. This thing better go away soon...I'm going on 4 or 5 days now...I hate the Flu.

          (((((cypress))))) Congrats to you too!!! That is soooi fabulous, I bet you are so proud of yourself, I am!! I am still hangin in there.

          (((((Rikki))))) How did you do yesterday?? I have been thinking about you

          Hopefully today will be a much better day...it has to be.

            Well, I did good yesterday, my calories were a bit too high but I still feel good and feel like the lbs are going to come back off slowly but surely!!!! I still feel like I am super bloated. I am wondering if I didnt eat something I was allergic to... oh well who knows! I just ate my bacon and eggs and am going to check out my regular hangouts on here then head to the gym and tanning bed! I have some stuff to put on ebay today too if I get the chance! Check in with you later!

            jsj- glad your appetite is coming back! and drink that water!!!

              Hi everyone! Just popping in to get and receive my daily dose of support! I feel sort of bloated today - no idea why. I am a little scared to get on the scales tomorrow so I may just skip until the feeling passes! I'll just hold tight to the picture of the scales at 157.0 in my mind to get me through

                (((((Jennifer))))) I have been feeling bloated myself lately. I hear ya!! You will be fine.

                (((((Rikki)))))YEA! You did so great!! Okay so the day before yesterday was great..how about yesterday?? I bet it went fabulous. I need to go tanning myself. That's when I hit 160, though....

                I am feeling kinda sleepy still. I've been up since 5 am. *yawn* I'll be back to report my weight!!

                  Well, I just lost a whole post, so quickly I will sum up again!!!!

                  cypress- i think the bloating is just goign around... must be in the water right?!lol
                  jsj- thanks I did good and you will be to 160 in no time~!

                  I just wish I was losing extra lbs instead of working to take off teh ones I gained from stinkin cheats!!! I know better- live and learn, I should've learned by now though!!! lol
                  weighed in at 194.2 this morning, hopefully tomorrow will be better

                  I worked till 11:30 on this girls hair lastn ight. she went and had it done at a well known chain salon and they messed her up... I had to take sooo much time to fill and it then color it twice, then she wanted some highlights in it and then I had to tone those!!!! she is fried I tell ya. but not because of me! I just hated that we had to be there so late when we thought it was goign to be a simple pop a couple foils in the top!!!! oh well.... another live and learn I guess!!!! lol

                    LOL I have the bloating that's been going around in the water too . I don't think that I'll come anywhere near my goal by the 20th, but a loss is a loss right? We should definitely have another challenge after this one. I hope everyone is doing well!

                      Rikki, I am comin to see you girl. I think my hair needs to be filled in and then colored. Mine was bleached, then dyed dark brown, and it turned out a medium reddish brown, which I was hoping for at the time, so I guess my friend knew what she was doin, but now I want my hair to be dark brown, but it won't stay. The color lasts maybe a week and then faded back to this brownish red I had to start with. Jez, it's getting frustrating.

                      I used the dark ash brown b/c my hair has all the red tones from bleaching it, and my hair is naturally asj brown. It came out the perfect color I wanted. Dark, but not black. Oh, I loved it...but now I can't get it to stay. Oy.

                      Yea, this water is driving me nuts too!!! LOL

                      And hello, am I the only one constipated over here?!? TMI, I know but you guys are my girls and are always real with me.

                      My tummy hurts

                        Hello out there!!! Anyone here?!?

                        How's everyone doing lately?

                        I haven't weighed b/c the scale won't F*ing move. It's so annoying, but what can you do. I will just keep pushing I guess...somethings gotta give soon. 3 pounds in a month SUCKS!

                        We have officially 1 week until the end of this challenge. Time to think about the next one...what do you guys think?? End of April/beginning of May?

                            I am wherever you are jsj! You set the date, we'll show up to party...low carb, of course!

                            I was offline the whole weekend and missed you guys! No weight change. After reading a post earlier, i have decided that celery is the devil and has caused me to crave things like a mad person so I am backing away from it altogther for now! I am still kinda bloated and the scales have been laughing at me as they bounce up and down. Bast*rds!

                            That's okay. Time is on my side, right!?! I'll get 'em yet!

                            Hope you all are doing well. I am going to have to go through all these posts I have missed and get all the news that is news! Wouldn't want to miss out!

                                Hey guys! I have been soooooo busy with school lately...in fact, I have a test tomorrow, but that will be IT for about 2 weeks!!! Yay!!!! It was getting a little crazy there for awhile, though.

                                I started walking, a minimum of 10 miles a week...as a result, my weight has gone up and pretty much stayed there. I don't know how to break the stall, but I am just keeping on with what I'm doing. So, I wasn't very succesful for the challenge! Maybe I can get back to the weight in my sig before the 20th...that would be nice! Grrrrr. But I know exercising is best in the long run, and I have lost some inches. I hope everyone else is doing pretty well.

                                I would be interested in a longer challenge...maybe end of summer/labor day challenge? Or a 4th of July challenge if you wanted to have a sooner end date?
