    I have been so Busy I forgot to start the cheat free thread OMGoodness BAD ME BAD.

    I hope we still ahve lots of interest in everyone staying cheat free.

    I just worked out it was killer

    Today was Thest and Tricep Day

    Drop set Bench Press 7x90lbs,6x80lbs,7x70lbs,6x60lbs (no rest in Between)
    Drop set Tricep Press 9x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs,6x40lbs (ne rest in between)
    Dumbell Chest Flies 8x25lbs,7x25lbs,6x25lbs,6x25lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
    Tricep Extensions 12x70lbs,10x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
    Dumbell chest Press 10x20lbs,10x20lbs,8x20lbs,7x20lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
    Tricep Curls 12x15lbs,12x15lbs,10x15lbs,10x15lbs (1 minute rest between sets)

    OUCH!!

      Oh wow, can I please join??

      I HAVE to be cheat free b/c of those yeastie bastards. This will really help me stay on track. I tend to not cheat and come off of Atkins, but I DEFINATELY come off of KISS. So what do I have to do?

      Sarah, that exercise is WONDERFUL!!!! You go girl!!! Do you listen to kick @ss music when you work out??

        OH ya totally kick *** tunes when I work out it gets the Pump going which Rocks.

        Just put the cheat free in your siggie and track days and also try to post every day so we know how you are doing. Wether it be exercise having a bad day whatever just post.

        Kiss is hard I ahve been there I lose a lot on kiss though. I have to get back on it here I think that may be some of My problem at this time. I ahve been getting sick non stop since I took A Biotics I hate those Buggers.

          Wait a minute, you got sick when you took the probiotic?? Sarah, I am sooo terribly sick right now, I feel like it is the flu!!! You get it too??

          I don't mean to sound so damn excited that we get sick, but at least I know where it came from!

          I have been cheat free for everyday in march so far so do I count that or do I start today??

            OH my you got sick too man I tell ya stubid things I swear. I am really Praying I get over all this Crap cause it sucks.

              Hey!!!

              I've been looking for some updates from the ICES thread, no wonder I didnt see any! I'm with ya too, We totally forgot to make a new one! LOL! Silly Girls....

              Anywho--i've been great!! I lost about 8lbs in 3-4 days and since then i have been at the same weight. which is fine with me! atleast im not gaining anything!

              I hope march is successful! im excited!!!!

                  I am right there with yall... totally forgot! I have been bad bad bad! Yesterday I was horrible. I didn't even care that I was cheating!!!! However, I have stayed legal today but over ate for sure! I WILL do better tomorrow. starting off right now, I am going to make my lunch decide what is for breakfast, and then get my water bottles ready! I think my swimsuit I ordered will be here tomorrow and I know I need to look good in it!!! so I have to fight for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know this! I can do this!we all can!!!!!!! WILLPOWER is in me I need to reach in and grab it!!!!!! sheesh! I don't now why I was so stupid yesteday and then not a whole lot smarter today- failing to plan is planning to fail and I am not goign to do it!!!!!!!I will succeed!!!!!

                      K I just finished working out it was extremely Nastie OMGOSH.

                      I did Biceps and Back today my arms are like Jello Jigglers there is just nothing left I definately fatigued then OUCH LOL.

                      Drop Set Cable Curls 10x80lbs,8x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs
                      Drop Set Bent Over Rows 10x120lbs,8x110lbs,7x100lbs,6x90lbs
                      Hammer Curls 8x25lbs,7x25lbs,7x25lbs,6x25lbs (1 minute rest Between sets)
                      Lat Front Pulls 10x70lbs,8x70lbs,7x70lbs,7x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)
                      Concetration Curls Bar 12x70lbs,10x70lbs,8x70lbs,7x70lbs (1 minute rest between sets)

                        well, no better today. I suck. I drank lotsa water, the day started off good, then today was teh last day of my teaching job and they made me a cake... well, that is all it took to make me an eating maniac... I am literally driving myself crazy- the more I think about it the more I know I am cycling over and over- emotions make me eat, I eat and feel bad, leading back to the beginning. sheesh. I did go to the gym today however, My ankles and legs were so swollen that it hurt too much to run I did walk fro a bit more than a mile. I know I need to just suck it up and do it., I am goign to cancun in like 10 weeks. I know my ankles and legs were sore from swelling water weight, I have gained almost 10lbs. What the &^%*% is wrong with me!!!!!!!! I am going to go into the kitchen in the morning, and make a quiche to eat off of for breakfast the rest of the week. I have to do this! I can't fail.... I have failed too many times and I want this soo bad... I don't understand myself sometimes, why can't I just do it... Its like I will do good for soooooooooooo long and then blow it, then I can't stop blowing it!!!!!!!

                          iT'S ok Rikki Breath in Breath out, look at how great you are doing, Damn girl You don't wanna be back where you were you can't pull out an old pair of pants and Put them on if that doesn't make you wanna do it nothing will. I kept a pair for that reason. God thing is right now it's Just water weight but, if you keep Binging it's gunna be FAT so PLEASE PLEASE STOP it or I'm gunna have to come and Kick you *** you have worked too ahrd for too long to not do it I am here with you but, I am giving you a reality check. Now Stop making excuses and do this for YOU!!!

                            Thanks Sarah- you are totally right, I can and will do this for myself... I need to just do it I can do it. I have to just stick it out a few day sand it gets easy again, I know it does... I have been through this before!!! too many times, luckily I am catching myself quickly this time. no more. Tomorrow is a new day and I can do this! A lifetime of being fat isn't what I want! I want to be healthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              RIKKI I know you can do it the thing I have learned about you is that you always pick it up and come back even stronger this is a Life change and has to be your life you are gunna have to decide even if it's a cake what you want for you. I know the cake is good but, is it what you really want. I am guessing you are saying no.
