    Hey everyone, sorry I have been a schmuck and not been around. I am still feeling like $hit, but I had to check in today.

    Sarah, I was reading up and apparently when you are taking a probiotic and you experience flu like symptoms, it's what's called the die off reaction. Basically when tose yeastie bastards start to die off, they release toxins and if you cannot excrete them fast enough, you can get sick like this I'm glad that these f*ers are dying but JEEZZZ can I get a brake please! It's only been 3 days now! They said it can last anywhere from a day to a week......... just freakin' lovely They say to still take them, just take less, so I dropped to one pill, instead of two. Just thought you might wanna know that, just in case.

    Rikki, Okay girl. You messed up. I JUST did that after Valentine's Day. You were there to support me and I am here for you. YOU ARE WORTH THIS. yOU DESERVE THIS AND YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT. That being said, girl, you are totally a fighter, and we all know it. Just look at your pictures! Like Sarah said, you don't wanna go back there. You have come so far. Please don't let this be the beginning of your down fall. My heart would be broken, I know yours would be too. Maybe go and reread those posts in the challenge and see what you said about LOVING being past goal. Maybe that will help. You know I love ya and I am here for you. Don't stop fighting, Rikki, you deserve better than that ((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))

          YAY Stephanie I am sooo happy to have you here with us, post as much as possible and we will be here for you through the month the more the merrier.

          I did 11 miles today everyone I am getting my milage back upmthere WOOHOO for me it took a little over 2 hours and I am excited I did it. YAY ME

                Sorry I haven't been around. I am still going strong, just stuck again. I think I've lost 3 pounds in the last month. It's frustrating, but what can you do? Just stick with it and don't give up. Ugh, easier said then done! LOL

                    Hey I know how you Feel J I have been know to be stuck for 3 months at a time and I haven't lost in 2 weeks now. 3 pounds is great though that's a lot of Dispersed Fat WOOHOO I love it when I lose 3-5 pounds it's like I get to wear a new size.

                    You are getting there and that's what matters.

                      K I did Legs YAY me I was sweating like a mad woman Holly crappers I was lifting some Pretty good Weights today YAY. It was all in all a good workout I feel great about doing it but, I still hate legs.

                      This is How Leg Day went:

                        Damn girl, that's a lot of stuff that I don't understand! *LOL* sounds painful, though!!

                        Today I weighed in at 162.4 I KNEW it was that stupid apple cider vinegar throwing me off! At least I figured out the problem, ya know?

                        I really wish that I could make my goal, but I know I can't. I thried my hardest and that's what counts....

                          Hey J I'm doing great hey don't lose heart you will get to goal. Care to post a menu so I can see??? Maybe I can pick up something that you aren't make sure you put in all the spices you use ect so that we can see where there may be a proble.

                          My body is sore I needed an extra long sleep today from yesterdays workout Go figure ROFL. SO today is Chest Triceps EEEK I'll do all right it's gunna be rather nastie though I know it.

                                It's ok it gives me a good idea. OK now on your Steaks and such are U using any Gailic or Onion Poweder you would crap if you saw how much carbs is in a teaspoon of that stuff cause it has fillers in it. Best go for pressed oils and put that on if you do use the seasonings even seasoning salt has carbs I think it's like 4 grams per teaspoons. I got out of a stall by figuring this out. How long have you been using the Apple cider???? I find it stalls me as well I can't have it have you tried pills instead. Caprilic Acid is really great for Yeast as well as Oil of Oregano if you don't like the oil try the pills.

                                How much water are you drinking LOTS and lots or just a bit??? In order to flush the yeasties ya gotta drink the water and best stay away from Vinegar until you are further along in your cleanse. I really don't know if this helps at all I hope it does. If you need to add anything to that Just giver girl. I love to learn HE HE
