We have a vacay coming up to Daytona Beach for Thanksgiving. I need a serious challenge before then. It's only 12 weeks away, so I'm pushing for 25 more pounds by then. Keep your fingers crossed for me, please!

:icondance Count me in. When i first started i thought 150 would be my ideal weight, but to get that real cut look i think an extra 25 pounds would really do it for me.
So when's gonna be the weigh-ins...every one or every two weeks?

Current: 147

I figure if I weigh in on Wed Sep. 1st, that would be 12 weeks until the day before Thanksgiving.
So every other week would be 7 times including the 1st. (I am kind of a scale addict so, every other week would be a good challenge for me.) Then one final time on the 24th. So I guess 8 times total.

I am a scale addict myself, so I like frequent weigh-ins and would like to post results weekly. Since the challenge start date of 8/25, I am down only 1.5 pounds overall, so it appears I'm off to a slow start! I will do this though, for the sake of the beach goers at Daytona!Lowest Weight Ever: 145

Yesterday i weighed in at around 153, so that's 2 pounds down. Starting on the 7th, i'm gonna run a clean induction that will run until October 7th. After that i'll probly move onto OWL for a week or two, and then go back onto induction for the rest of the challenge. I find little variations like that help out a lot. :yes
Anywayz, good luck to everyone on this challenge. Hopefully we'll all have dropped 25 or more pounds by the end of this challenge. :icondance
