      As of this morning and a visit from the whoosh fairy 217!!!!!
      Total 3 pounds gone only 22 left.....
      I do think the exercise is helping. I finished 5 days in a row today.
      restart 16-18/8-12 (crazy sizing)/love to get into some 6's

          I'm still 252 today, but TOM is leaving me soon so hopefuly the whoosh fairy will come join me! I'm gonna wait til TOM's gone to update my week...

              I'm here!

              I'm down to 176 pounds! A total loss from last week of 2 pounds!

              It puts my total weight lost since my start date of Aug. 23 at 10 pounds!

              How can I get on of the siggy signs that say "I've lost 10 pounds"?

              Nevermind! As you can see, I found out how!

                I'm a little behind the rest of you, but I would like to join also.

                My starting weight is 216

                by Thanksgiving, I'd like to be at 198.

                That's 2 lbs a week.

                Okay, looks like good support here. :yes

                    Umm... I weighed myself 4 times this morning... All of them had different numbers... :bang

                    I only am able to weigh myself when I go to the gym... So here goes:

                    1st time: 138 lbs
                    2nd time: 138.4 lbs
                    3rd time: 139 lbs
                    4th time: 137.7 lbs

                    1st to 3rd time, I weighed consecutively before my work-out. The 4th time, I weighed after the work-out. :raving

                    So, not sure which one to take?????? :raving

                    Any suggestions? :confused
                    Female, 5'4, sw150/cw126/gw120, csz 4 (2004-2005)

                    Restarting - Nov 2007: sw150/cw143/gw125

                      I'd average them out. The last weight probably was water loss.

                        Wouldn't ya know, the day AFTER weigh-in after being stuck for 5 days at the same weight, I lose 1.4 pounds???? LOL
