  • Mother's Day Challenge

    Hey There Everyone.

AS we all know, Mother's Day is right around the corner, so why not set up a challenge!

This isn't just for Mom's, but for everyone. It you want to look great for your Mom, join! If you want to look good for your girlfriend/wife who is a Mom, join! If you are a Mom, join! This is for everyone!!!!

Mother's Day is May 14th, so that's 7 weeks and 6 days, a little bit under 2 months! We could make some MAJOR progress in almost 2 months!

    The rules for this challenge:
1.) Post your goals...it is STRONGLY encouraged to incorperate an exercise goal, no matter how big or small. Of course you don't have too, but I think it could help us to shed those inches and pounds a lot faster.

2.) Check in at least once a day. I think it is so much fun for us to all become friends, instead of a daily weight and that's it. Let's make this one fun!!!

3.) HAVE FUN! That's what these challenges are all about. Staying accountable and having fun!

    My personal goals are:
1.) Stay on Extended Induction...no cheats whatsoever
2.) 15 minutes min. on the elliptical 5 days a week
3.) Probably weight of 145, but this may change on Saturday b/c that is my personal mini goal.

Here is the graphic for this challenge. I hope you guys like it! If not, just lemme know and I'll make another one. : )

So what do you guys think, you wanna join me??

I didn't know that. May 14th is Mother's Day here. If anyone that wants to join has a different day set for Mother's Day, it's fine. No biggie, it's still a challenge!! LOL

                  Re: Mother's Day Challenge

Well, I have to join this one, if you don't mind. I'm actually going to extend past Mom's Day for the day I get to be presented a piece of paper that will have cost over $12,000 that says, "Associates of Arts in Education" in June.

So, by Mom's Day my goals are:

                  1. Lose 15 pounds
                  2. Exercise 5 days a week
                  3. Stick to lower rungs in OWL
                  4. Drink my water

                  How's that?

maybe everyone hates thier kids right now?

I can honestly say after rasing four of them ...and various others that flopped from time to time...I have hated each and every one ..equally for fairly equal amts of time
