  • Re: Mother's Day Challenge

Well Mother's Day is fast approaching. I am still struggling to get back on plan and stay there. Not being too successful at it. Still holding at 185...I know if I could get a few legal days under my belt that I would be on my way again but cannot seem to find the willpower/incentive or whatever you want to call it to do so. Hope everyone is doing WAY better than I have been.

Wow, it looks like this challenge has fizzled. I will admit it has been tough after Easter. I used a lot of Frankenfoods and the weightloss stopped completely. Then last weekend I went off plan completely and didn't start back until today. So as for being down one size by Mother's Day...won't happen. I am so happy to be back on plan. Being off tastes good, but my body feels horrible.
Elsie, glad to hear you are trying so hard. I hope you are back in full "Atkins" mode now! Best of luck to everyone here!!!
