    Great going everyone; this is the kind of teamwork that gets results! BTW, 202 this am !! 98 oz H2O on the wall, 98 oz H2O...chug 1 down and walk thru the town, 97 oz H2O on the wall...

    but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

        Just wanted to give everyone an update!

        Breakfast - rotisserie chicken breast, Water
        Lunch - rotisserie chicken thigh, creamed spinich and green beans
        Dinner - probably will make me some parmesean chicken wings.

        I really need to get a move on drinking my water. I have 3 more bottles to drink. After work, I will do some sort of cardio and of course my ab workout.

        P.S. I know I chopped the spelling of the type of chicken I ate..everyone is familiar with this I bought it at Wal-Mart.

          Meant to say more earlier before the boss dumped a load on me...

          Breakfast fried 2 eggs & 2 sl. peppered bacon, put on the egges & topped w/melted mozzarella - mmmmm!! (who needs a biscuit!)

          Lunch leftover mix containing hot pepper, snow peas, mushrooms, sausage & ground turkey. Didn't eat much.

          Chug, chug... now for dinner, maybe steak & lettuce salad with mayo, seasoning... You're all on a roll! Good going!!

            Wow- we are all rockin! Way to go everyone and congrats susan on the 202~!!!!!

            I am trying not to weigh in but this morning I did... at 196.0 so we will see what happens!!!!! I am feeling better today though... after thinking about the "induction flu" I decided maybe I did have some symptoms each time I didn't realize could be related to it... does anyone else feel like they are burning up when they go into induction, like your body turns into a fat burning furnace??? LOL... I hope that is what it is if not my hormones have been raging like mad!!!!!
            ok- so far so good today, need more water tonght but had eggs with mushrooms adn cheese bor breakfast, taco salad for lunch with lettuce, rotel, beef and cheese. snack was a sausage and cheese stick- I know not healthy but i was hungry and didn't plan well so at the checkout I picked it up!!! Dinner will either be hamburger steaks, or beef sausages with kraut.... we will see!!!!!

              Rikki...you are definately not the only one for some reason it seems as if I have been having hot flashes and I know it is not time for the change yet! I too was weak this morning and had to step on the scale I weighed in at 193...not too much weight but I sure do feel better. Can't wait to step on the scale and take my measurements for the final results.

              This morning I ate 6 leftover chicken drummettes I cooked last night and some water. Really wasn't that hungry. Woo Hoo my appetite is being suppressed.

                Congratulations to everybody for being on Day 5... we should all celebrate this weekend by making our bf's/hubbys take us out for a great steak or lobster dinner with a huge salad and induction "roasted veggies". Nooooo you know what's on the side - send them away immediately. Pretend like one of us is at the table with you. Know that on Monday we're all going to be soooooooo much thinner.

                Thanks everybody for keeping me on track. I just took my measurements... I'm not going to focus on that... lol... I'm just thinking about what the change will be in a month from now

                  narose- glad I am not the only one!!! I am sure this will pass!
                  cher- great work on the exercise!!!!!! I didn't actually make ti to the gym today but an art show for 9 hours was a lot of walking! not the entire time but I did walk quite a bit!!!!

                  Dieted well today too... eggs and sausage breakfast, nuts for a snack(it was all I had), pulled pork and green beans for lunch, and a chicken salad for dinner(grilled) I did well!!! yeay! Hope all is well with you guys!!!! ttyl!!!

                      Mornin' y'all! Just got back to the office from a l-o-o-ng weekend of fun. (shhh... I played hookey from here Fri as so much was going on in town, with the Volvo racers in town, it being Cinco de Mayo, and the Maryland Heritage Festival all at the same time. I even spent a couple of hours with the skipper of the Bolivian racer! He was sooooo cute!)
                      All in all I probably did about 10 miles of walking thru Sunday night. The Volvo racers started their last leg of the world race Sunday, and I saw it all from the peak of Bay Ridge, next best place to viewing from one of the thousands of sailboats in the bay. Was almost forgetting my meals; but kept water on me at all times, and popped slim jims, vienna sausages, pork skins and homemade turkey jerky. Way too much salt, though, so am toting water weight at the moment. I'll weigh in tomorrow.
                      Breakfast = taco salad & green tea; Lunch = celery w/cream cheese & deli sliced roast turkey with 4 C H2O first, Dinner probably an omelette with pepper/tomato/onion/cheese bits in it, and weeding for dessert.

                        Okay Susan..see you had a great active weekend.

                        I must say this past week have went by so quick....I am so proud of myself for sticking with it. This morning I have eat 3 turkey sausage links and a side salad. For lunch I have some homemade chicken salad.

                        My goal this week is to engage in more aerobic activities. I want to walk 1 mile a day starting today thru Friday...which will give me 5 miles in a week. I have noticed I have lost a few inches...even the man friend noticed. This weekend I ordered Turbo Jam...an aerobic system from Beachbody. I should be receiving in 5 to 10 days so hopefully I get a good workout.

                          narose- turbo jam is awesome!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I haven't used it in a while but it does definitely rock!!!!

                          I am still goin strong, still haven't ate dinner so I probably shouldn't eat a heavy one since I will go to bed soon! Hope you all are doing great!!!!!!! Check in with yall in the morning!

                            WooHoo, Woo-hoo-hoo! Now I'm starting to get excited - 200 this am - hope it will not go back up!!! It's been so long since was below that # I can hardly wait to see the 199!!!!!

                            Roasted chicken during the day today w/celery & cream cheese; dinner is skillet chicken breast tenderloin w/peppers & onions cooked in bacon grease & topped w/mozzarella.

                            I sure wish I could eat more than 4oz cheese, though.

                                Now that you all mentioned...maybe I need to try to limit my cheese too!

                                So far so good...this morning I ate an omlete with bacon, cheese, mushrooms, onions and bellpepper. For lunch I ate a cheeseburger..of course without the bun. Tonight, I am not sure what I am going to make. I really need to go to the store and pick me up some fresh salad fixings and some pork rinds so I can experiment with some recipes.
