I am so amped to start the Induction Phase and become successful with the help of this site. My plan is to start on Monday, May 1st and conclude Induction Sunday, May 14th. On the 14th Day, I will decide whether to continue Induction or move to Phase II.
1. Exercise at least 45 minutes a day 4 times a week
2. Drink 80 ounces of water a day.
3. Have my last meal everyday by 7 PM.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..." 
Really enjoyed being off induction for 3 days. I was VERY busy this weekend, so am pretty sure I stayed in ketosis despite having OWL-list items during that time. Got TOM to start this induction off, unfortunately, so am disregarding the tape/scales until later. I hope all my working out will pay me back with bigger losses this induction!
Back to the store this evening...
