I want to focus for the next six weeks on exercise and I get caught up in gaining pounds...so I need something to get me back to exercise and losing inches and toning up.

Joy - I would do an "inches challenge"...or a "get a skinny tummy" challenge... that would be fun. The only thing is I can't do hard core exercise yet, I'm still not released by dr., so it's has to be through WOE and soft exercise.
I'd do a "bikini challenge" but you'd never get me in a bikini a bikini challenge for September... you can tell I live in California
I'd love to do a 6 or 8 week one so we have a little extra time.

Silly - I eat cheese, not a lot, maybe 1 - 2 ounces every other day. Mostly cream cheese on the days when I have the Mock Danish. But, if I start making the Deep Dish pizza again, cheese could become a daily thing.

Scale not moving.... I'm getting upset. I can keep this up for however long it takes, but I leave to visit the boyfriend next Thursday and was hoping to lose more....

Kittie, I gained 3 lbs on the scale today. UGH! I feel your pain. Tomorrow is my 'official' weigh day, and I'm hoping it was water. I've been chugging most of the day. AND I took some metamucil last night and going to give it a go again tonight. I want that 208 back!!!

Kitty - you've done a really great job. You've already lost 10 pounds. Hang in there. A whoosh is coming again soon!
Joy - I'm pretty sure that you retain water while your muscles are trying to repair themselves from the workouts. Don't worry, the water weight will go away. You look awesome!

I dont know about this inch thing... I for giggles measured-- Well that was a bust. I have lost 1 inch in my thighs and 2 in my hips. That's it ... Nothing else.

bjs - 2 inches in your hips and 1" in your thighs that's A LOT!!!! Are you talking about from Mother's Day? Because, we've only been doing this for a month. You're doing great bjs. I would be jumping for joy if I lost 2 inches from my hips in one month! That's great!
