I hve lost 2#'s in the last 2 days. I am sure it is the stress and diarrhea, so it is fluid and will probably return, soooo; I am not counting it as official, but man it looks good to see the scales at 188.

Kittie, I use an elliptical for my cardio, and let me tell you, that thing works your butt and thighs like crazy! I LOVE what its done for my hip flexor muscles! When I first started, I could only do like 5 minutes on the stupid thing. I was up to 45 minutes on it...but after reading up on the HIIT (especially the body for life site) they recommend only 20 minutes of HIIT cardio 3 days a week. But, you just want to make sure that when you are hitting your "high's" you want it to be at a resistance level/speed that makes you have to hold on for dear life, huffing and puffing out of your mouth, tongue hanging out, THINK YOU ARE GONNA DIE for that one minute. Then take it back down again. It does work.

Cher, just take it super easy...we absolutely DO NOT want you hurting yourself!!! Maybe start out doing the upper body exercises without weights at all and see how you do??

Do you know Fittogether says my goal should be 163? That seems really high for me. My end target goal is really 130/135. What a big difference. On Fitday my range is 135 - 165. Interesting!

You know Cher, honest I think sometimes we have to say (and believe) that we are fine at a resonable weight. A reasonable weight is easy to maintain with this WOE. I'm still at the upper end of normal weight and am so determined to get rid of these last few pounds again.
Big round of applause for Richt! He extended our date for this challenge. We can do it girls.....second chance here... July 4th let's see some fireworks!
My aunt called and my cousin is getting married in Woodside, CA in September. After all the congrats were aside... I said... oh great... I could lose another 10 pounds by then. But, maybe I could lose 15 by then? Could I make 155 by September for my Cousin's wedding?
Why didn't they plan the wedding in Montana? I really wanted to fly there!

I'm still with you guys through the 4th! If I lose another 2 lbs this week, I'll meet the 10 lb goal. Everyone here needs to realize though, that at 208 lbs, I still have the most of all of you to lose...which is why it's coming off faster for me, IMO.

Wahoo! You will make it for sure! The weight is all relative. Yours is coming off because you're working very hard at it! And gosh you completely do not look like a 208 kinda girl. You really looked great in your teeny bikini!
