        Today was a PT day, did legs, always do legs on PT days. Also did abs and arms. Feeling good, the eating is a challenge the heat has really kicked up here. I just cant eat in the heat..

        Good thing is water is no problem when it is this hot, all I have had today is strawberries. I will get in a better dinner when it cools down tonight...

          bjs--whip some cream and some cream cheese and splenda and refrigerate. Then dip your strawberries in it. That will give you some fat, protein and carb in one delicious snack. You DO have to eat, though. If you don't eat enough, your body will hoarde every calorie you put in it and store it as fat, and then go to that muscle tissue you are trying to build to get its fuel.

            Oh, and I did my exercise today. Slim n Limber video for stretching, 20 lower ab crunches, 20 oblique crunches each side and 25 minutes on the ellip.

              Hey Guys the headache is a whole lot better but, with 5 kids screaming and stressin me I had a headache all day long it was nastie I wanted to be in the dark. Most of the morning I spent with a cold cloth over my eyes that helped a lot. I hate Migrains I am soo Plagued by them but, I know it will go and I should be good to go tomorrow. The headache is still lingering but, at least I don't feel like throwing up and I ahve ate lots today so I am good in that area.

                Sarah...glad to hear you're feeling better. I did my one mile WATP video today. I think I'll do the one mile for the rest of this week and then bump it up to the two miles next week.

                          Hi kits and kittens! Just wanted to check in. I'm plugging along, Day 10 of Re-Induction, cheat-free. Can't wait until Monday to weigh and measure!

                          I'm walking between 3 and 4 miles every day and doing exercises for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 in the evening. I amped this up a bit by adding the nighttime exercises. I'm starting to really see a difference in my belly. My linea alba is showing!!! That's the midline (from ribs to pelvis) soft tissue that makes the long middle line of a 6 pack! Maybe there's a 6 pack under this viseral fat? Maybe!! I'm hoping!

                              OK, It's past Father's Day and besides thinking about what type of exercise I want to add, and thinking about what type of books I want to buy, I haven't done much. So, if I want to see a difference in my body in 6 weeks I need to do more than walking

                                Well, ladies---- I am in the 180's..Finally.. I an 188 this am, I think that is down 2-3 pounds since I last weighed. So, I believe that is 8 #'s for Father's Day challenge. I am not totally psyched about this, as I do not feel it is a true weight. I did not eat barely ate all yesterday. I ate strawberries. It was hot and my appetite was jsut not there. I ahve such a hard time eating in this heat. Today is cooler, hopin got do better. I ahvent ate as of yet today. I do have some pork loin and bbq sauce slow cooking for pulled pork tonight. So that sounds promising. But it is noon and I should be considering eating soemthing before them...

                                SO, Yeah I am in the 180's, but not so on plan these days. So I will see if it sticks, and try on getting back on plan soon.

                                On a better note I am going to look at puppies tonight!! I am excited about that, although I feel so sad about my "old man" , tha tis what we called him. I plan on getting pictures of the puppy if I chose one.

                                Well-- I have done my 200 crunches and been working arms with 5 lb dumbells. 50 curls and then I dont know what to call them, hold weights behind the head and lift. I would like to get in a long walk today as well.

                                Hoping the 188 sticks, I will feel better about it if it stays once I start eating more.
