    Hi Everyone! Just wanted to say hi! I am meeting with the trainer tonight and then the weight training will begin. I am so excited. I was also happy this morning when I weighed in and had lost 2.2 lbs this week. Three weeks down...the rest of my life to go! Hope I'm losing those inches too. I can't quite tell in my clothes yet.

      bjs - did the steps once so far last week - OMG that was tough! Should do them again today but I have a lot planned so I'm targeting them again for tomorrow. I will try to take a picture of them for everyone this week. Wait till you see this task. If I can ever run up them in a single journey - I'll amaze myself! For right now the goal is just to walk. But I’ll try to run like 5 steps for now and then build up as I go. It’s absolutely lovely at night.

      I need to put this in the stair challenge so Jimmie can see that I’ve made the commitment. Hopefully I can get this in at least 3 times this week, if not 4.

      Tammy - Congratulations on losing 2.2 pounds this week.

          Tammy, that's terrific! Congrats on those lbs lost. You will see the inches coming off, I promise....you've got to give it a few weeks to really see dramatic changes. WOOHOO on the weight training, it's amazing what it will do for your body.

                Hey everyone...Just wanted to touch base and let you all know that I'm still here and still exercising. My computer crashed so I won't be able to post for a couple days till it gets fixed (I'm at a friends house now.) Anyway hope you're all doing great...kicking some butt! Happy Tuesday!

                  K I did it I ran for 5.2 miles today YAY me 60 minutes of Pure running man it felt good to do it.

                  I lifted weights Stright after this is what I did.

                  Front Bicep Curl Cable Dropset 13x80lbs,12x70lbs,10x60lbs,10x50lbs, 8x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
                  Quick change Standing cable curls superset 20x50lbs
                  3 minute rest
                  Tricep Ext Dropset 8x90lbs,8x80lbs,7x70lbs,7x60lbs,7x50lbs ( no rest between sets)
                  Quick change Overhead Dumbell EXT Superset 20x10lbs
                  3 minute rest
                  Seated Rows Dropset 15x130lbs,13x120lbs,10x110lbs,10x100lbs,12x90lbs (no rest between sets)
                  Quick Change Back Flies Superset 20x10lbs
                  3 minute rest
                  Upright Rows Dropset 10x80lbs,10x70lbs,8x60lbs,8x50lbs,7x40lbs (no rest between sets)
                  Quick change Front Raises 25x10lbs
                  3 minute rest

                    I created our weekly bodybuilding thread sarah...but I'll put this in here too so the others can see what I'm doing Wowzers, my arms are sore.

                    Shoulders:
                    Military Press 15x30, 10x25, 8x20, 6x15
                    Front raises 12x20

                    Back:
                    Bent Over Rows 15x44, 10x44, 8x34, 6x34
                    Superset bent over rows 15x34

                    Triceps:
                    Overhead extensions 15x20, 10x17.5, 8x15, 6x12.5
                    Kickbacks 15x15 each side

                    Chest
                    Bench Press 10x44, 8x34, 6x24, 4x24
                    Pushups 10xBW

                    Biceps:
                    Hammer curls 15x12.5, 10x10, 8x7.5, 6x7.5
                    Dumbell curls 12x24

                    I don't think I'm giving myself enough rest in between sets. I've got to remember to start doing that.

                            Hey where is everyone...... LOL. I did get a workout in today YAY not the USUAL but, killer non the less I did the Burn it up of the Slim in Six serious now that is awesome I must say did I ever Burn it up especially my ***!!
