    Hey everyone!

    I haven't checked in for a bit and seeing this thread in new posts reminded me.

    I'm still exercising! Haven't missed a day yet, though I'll tell ya...I have NO energy today. I hope that a quick nap will help with that...I hate not having energy!

    The inches are looking very promising

        I didn't lose any inches this week, but that's okay because I got onederland this week, woohoo! Still not exercsising...aaaaggghhhh I'm a slug.

          I'm very jealous now Joy! You don't exercise and you keep losing!! That's unfair

            It's funny I ahve to tell you since I started this Medication well after the first 4 days I ahve a calm about me now I am not stressed and I feel very at ease which I haven't felt in a really long time Probably since I was in my 20's so there has to be something to this. I feel really great I don't knoiw how to explain it any better then that. I feel better then I have since I had my babies so I am thinking that the High Prolactin muct have really been stressing my body out. I had been Pregnant or Brest feeding for over 6 years then the level just never went down so I could never feel Normal. WOW I feel SOOO AMAZING right now everything is Perfect I feel perfect.


            I did exercise NOW it was a WICKED workout I pushed it hard and I was able to get some pretty good weight in without compromising anything WOOHOO for me.

            Front Lat Pull 12x80lbs,12x70lbs,12x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Hammer Curls 12x25lbs,12x20lbs,12x20lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Behind Lat Pulls 12x50lbs,12x60lbs,12x60lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Spider Curls 12x80lbs,12x80lbs,12x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Hyperextensions 12x70lbs,12x80lbs,12x80lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)
            Front Cable Curls 12x80lbs,12x70lbs,12x70lbs ( 1 minute rest between sets)

            Yup I feel it and my legs are sore from yesterday WOOHOO For me.

              Awesome Sarah! Amazing what female hormones can do to you, huh??

              Roshen...yeah I'm still losing. Even though I don't exercise per se, I am very active...always wondering around doing things. The only time I actually sit still is when I'm here on the board.

                I haven't measured or weighed...but have bee exercising. Recently began the Slim in 6 challenge again. Needed that challenge to kick my butt into high gear!

                  Hey Everyone...just stopping by this thread because I haven't been here in FOREVER! I did a mile walk today around my apartment complex. I'm excited because a friend and I are going to start walking or going to our apartment's gym for 4 nights a week. An exercise buddy is great...cause now I don't have any excuses! Hopefully we can help hold each other accountable and stuff. Anyway, hope everyone is doing great!

                      Feels good to know that even though the scale may not be moving as much as I would like, I'm still shrinking!
