    Would love to join in--Today makes Day 22 of being cheatfree!!!! YAY!! I really need this accountability--so thanks for being around. I started week 2 of Rung 1 of OWL today so I'm excited and hopeful.

      Hi shan - wow 22 days is fantastic!! how much have you lost up to now???

      Its 8.40am and its day two and I'm still cheat free!!! lol I was down a pound on the scales this morning - yay! (i have put quite a few on over the last couple of weeks!! oops!!)

        Hey thanks! Actually I have only lost just 8 pounds since I'm closer to my goal weight. I originally lost 30pounds when I started but I didn't follow the atkins plan perfectly--boy do I wish I had found this board earlier----it's awesome!!! I have learned so much! But today is a new day and I better understand the system! YAY! Thanks All!

          Emma - I thought it was a frog I like it. I'd love a tatoo, but can never think what to have or where. What's on the other arm??

            I'm on day two and its 3.34pm and I'm still cheat free!!! Yay!! I'm looking forward to going to the gym again tonight, I find it helps to keep me focused and not want to cheat!! I hate un-doing good work!!!

              Ummm... i have tweetypie holding a united flag, again - another i regret!

              i have 2 others that i do like though! ummm i have a pic of the one on my back - just excuse the knickers, (its hard to take a pic of your back!)



              thats my newest one, got it about 4 months ago i think

              then i have one on my ankle which is a chinese symbol meaning "Angel" i like that one too!!

              Im gonna get a new one over my froggy, cos i dont like him! just need to find something i really like first!

                      hehe yea they can be addicting especially when your husband is the artist and does most of them. So whenever I found something I really liked it was tattoo time.

                      I did some on him too to be fair. heh

                      I had/have 10 piercings. Some I've taken out. I had my ears stretched 7 different holes (6g...not too huge) and my cartlidge done and my tongue (don't wear it anymore).

                      maybe if I took out some of the jewelry I'd lose a couple of lbs. LOL

                      Thanks Baarb for the encouragement. I felt horrible yesterday I actually feel a lot better today.

                        I feel soo bare having no tattoo's!!! I've got a large freckle on my stomach, I suppose I could call that a tattoo of a full moon!!! lol
