    I am Re-joining this challenge.

    I went on vacation and cheated, and then got back on sloppily.

    Tomorrow is a new and beautiful day waiting for me and I will not cheat and it will be glorious.

        i did horribly yesterday!!! I bbq for DH birthday and with all the cooking and tasting..ohhh ehhh not good!

            I am going to join this challenge and see How long I can go. I have had a few mini backslides and I am ready for them to stop. I will be checking back in regularly with my cheat free days. Good luck to all, brady

              Ok - someone slap my wrists!!! I had alcohol on Saturday night!! it was planned, but I consider it a cheat!!!! so back to day 3 for me!!!!!! how easily is a good track ruined!!!!

                        Yeah! Day 9 done with! Only 5 more days of Induction, then more veggies.


                        I'm doing the Muffin Butt Challenge and that takes me through Thanksgiving, but I have a gorgeous red dress I want to wear for Christmas, and I can't even zip it up right now. Challenges really help me stay on track, so I hope there is another one that runs up to Christmas.
