    Guys, seriously...you make me so proud to be a part of this challenge! It's so hard to admit you've cheated, yet you do, and you get right back into the swing of things. It's so wonderful to know that people aren't just giving up and going back to their old way of eating. You're all so fantastic!!!

    I went out to eat for breakfast with my hubbin', and though I ate all LC, on my rung even, I blew most of my carbs for the day. On what? Scrambled eggs :P Darn things. I had what I am estimating, about a cup worth. Ahhh poop...s'okay, at least I'm still trudging along.

    Went shopping this morning though too and picked up TONS of yummy rung 1 veggies. Makes me so happy, I'm beaming! (Picked up the good stuff like butter, cheese and meat too! Low-cal has NOTHING on this WoE!)

        Wow! I just fixed my kids mac & cheese and was so tempted to take a bite. Oh my gosh, it smelled so good, but I put the lid on it and walked away to tend to my dinner... Steak & Salad.

        I have officially hit one week of being cheat free!

        Congrats to everyone on their successes!!!

          I know...this is an exciting group!

          This week just seemed to fly by and I can't wait to see how it goes for this next week. Following the plan you know that there has to be weight and/or inches lost and a difference in our clothes. I just read where someone went from a size 22 to a 16 in about three or four months. Isn't that wonderful!!

                I have been cheat free for 19 days now. Whoo-hoo for me! My husband on the other hand took two days "off" last week. He only gained back five pounds and then lost four the next day. He has lost almost thirty pounds so far! I know if I took a day off, then I would gain all of my loss back. It is not worth it. So I am in!

                  You sound like you've done excellent on the program and I know you must be proud of yourself!! (I would be!)

                  I'm like you...I don't want to cheat -- one cheat and it is too hard to get back on for me. It seems to bring out monster cravings -- so this challenge has really helped me.

                      How are you doing this weekend?

                      I'm excited because I got 11 cups of water in yesterday!! I was having so much trouble getting the eight in and finally the eight got easy...so I bumped it to nine and then yesterday 11!! I'm so excited because it is going down so easy now!!

                              so far I had 2 boilded eggs for breakfast. I bought the kids doughnuts and it was tempting but I said no I'm going to loose the weight this time.

                                Way to go!

                                Hey, don't go hungry. You can have some veggies with your breakfast, sausage, bacon, cheese -- (just make sure sugar is not listed in the ingredients) and count your carbs for your first two weeks.
