    Congratulations on not cheating Alexa - I just hate temptations!!! I opened up an "ebay" delivery this morning, and the lady had put a christmas chocolate in with my dress!!! I ran over to my friends desk and threw it at her and said "eat it quickly"!!! hehe!!!

            Thanks Alexa! It does make it harder to lose cheating once a month. It helped in some instances where I wanted to cheat and I would tell myself something like "only four more days to go" and then I would hang on. But I think its done more harm than good, I'm stuck and my cravings are getting worse. Thats why I'm back here at square without the weight gain. Its taking me a lot longer to get into ketosis too. Anyways, thanks for having me!
