  • Re: How Long Can You Go???

Well Dolphin.... Water is never the issue, except on weekends! LOL! On week days I consume anywhere from 96-128 ounces of water daily! Weekends... whole other story! LOL!

As for my occasional chocolate bar sugar free... This was only time # 2 for me! I am VERY careful when I do venture down that road! I know I should probably not venture there at all... but I am not that strong yet! So I may visit the sugar free chocolate... as long as it becomes my treat and not my dependancy!!!

And the whole lunch meat thing never happens either! It was just that we picked it up at the store as a thing to get us through! We did go shopping though, and the meat is gone!!!!

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese
Lunch: cucumber salad w/ mayo, cream(heavy), splenda and Vinigar and baked ham
Dinner: Meatloaf (made with pork rinds), a veggie of some kind and a salad
    Snack: string cheese
    2 cans of zero
    trace amounts of coffee
    128 ounces of water!

Checking in and starting another new day. I need to bump up the water though, I've slacked on that for a week.

Hope everyone is doing fine and on the right track today.

          Good morning everyone!

Wonder of wonders, I skipped my morning cup of coffee! I just woke up and said..."umm...nope." and didn't have it! I love coffee and besides the sugary crap food that I kinda sorta miss, I really missed my pot a day habit. To not even have that one cup is a heck of a feat! I may have it later, but I'm thinking I may just not need it.

I have a bit of an assembly line going on those buttons, and I've taken Dolphin's suggestion about the days/weeks/months. I'm working on shiny. I'll probably be starting a geocities site or something to put them all on so they don't clog up the board...there's gonna be a lot of them. I'll let you all know when I've got at least some of them up.

Here's to a great cheat free day guys!!!

Thanks, KKat for the invitation to the challenge. After struggling so much this week it's high time for just a little discipline and accountability. I'm back to induction. *sniff*

Day One passed cheat-free, although I did not make the best food choices ever. Too darn much cream! But . . . .

Herein starts Day Two -- so far, 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon. Lunch is tuna with mayo, horseradish and mustard, a cup of raw spinach and 1 medium tomato. Snack is 10 pieces of pepperoni and 1 oz of colby cheese. Dinner will be an In-N-Out burger (double double with cheese, "animal style" (no bun), and no spread) -- yummo!

Exercise was okay yesterday, but I fritzed out of my evening walk and exercise set. I'm fighting sometimes off that is making me unbelievably tired all the time. I was asleep by 7:30 last night!! And I still feel tired! Wow . . .

I hope everyone is doing well! Good morning!

                          Hi Stacy!

                          Good morning!

I know what you mean about cream. My DH and I went through a phase last year with that and were eating way too much so I've stopped eating cream snacks because I can't handle them.

Well, we're beginning another new, cheat-free day! Yeah!
                          Here's to you! (it's only water... )

WELCOME TO JILLY BUNNIE!!! Glad you decided to come along for the ride! 3 weeks is a great accomplishment! I'm looking forward to another good example!

WELCOME TO SUSANNE!!! There's alot of us doing induction...I think most of us are. I'm thinking of posting in the member list post how many days/weeks/ months everyone has been cheat free as an added incentive. It will be fun to watch the numbers go up!

Today should be a good day, Day 2 down, and day 3 beginning, and the scale came back down again. Its been hanging out at 324/325 for the last week, and yesterday jumped to 330. Got me a little scared, since I don't want to start going in the wrong direction, but this morning all was well. What I need to do is take my scale up to my relatives house way out in the boonies so that I don't keep weighing everyday! (Alright, more like several times a day!)

CONGRATS TO KKAT on her first complete wonderful day cheat free! Take a bow, darlin'!

Dolphin! You made it too! Another challenger making us proud!

CONGRATS TO TOMMY!!! You did it too! I'm sure it was hard, but you made it!

Tirtle...way to go!!! You're on your way!!!

Crystal is now starting her 3rd week cheat free!!! Another good example award going out to you!

Jeanette should be starting day 4, but we haven't heard from her. I think I'll pm her later to remind her we're all dying of curiousity here.

Staziaw! You also made it through the first hard day! CONGRATS!

Branemi...how's it going? Did you get through ok? Hope those day one cravings didn't win out!

1poundatatime YOU ARE GOING ON MONTH 2!!!! Way to go!!! You must be so proud of yourself, as we all are of you!!! Thanks for all the work you're putting into our buttons. I think I'm going to nickname you the energizer bunny! You are currently our cheat free champion! And to skip your coffee...I bow to you for being able to poke the caffine monster in the eye! Way to go!

Lady Hawke is on day 4? Or is it 3? I'm not good on computing Scandinavian time, but hey, either way, YOU'RE AWESOME! Keep up the good work, and may the pepsi demon yeild in terror to your induction determination!

Good Morning EVERYBODY!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!! I'm still cheat free and Day #3. A co-worker is on Atkins, she lost a lot of weight in the past with pics to prove. Well, she brought in some eggs with veggies including carrots I told her you can't eat that, she said its for color. I told her no thanks. She KNOWS we're not supposed to have carrots, but its the lil things like that is why I watch I what I eat so carefully.

Can't wait to see the buttons Christine!!!

Cheated on week 3 of restarting induction after telling myself that im going to do this right this time why??? i dont know yet...im still trying to pinpoint what made me do it.
Anyway....2 weeks cheat free since then and a 5lb gain for my efforts .

Im not about to let this bother me anymore and just take one day at a time which makes this challenge perfect....ive got somewhere to be accountable to now
