Re: How Long Can You Go???
Morning everyone!
Roxy, congrats to you!!
Three weeks is a great accomplishment! Keep going!
Kat
G'morning to you! Are you gonna have a great day?
kislandmom, have you thought about posting your menu for people to check out? Maybe someone else can see something that might be causing problems.
dotsamantha, good for you for making your food to take to work...I've found that's the best way to stay cheatfree! Kudos for another good day
booklady, sorry to hear about your slip, but congratulations for getting right back on track. That's the way to do it!
As for me, I'm doing pretty well. The ice cream I had last night was pretty good, and the portion size (1/2 cup), which used to look so tiny before I started eating normal portions, was just right. So far I haven't felt any odd effects, but I'm still keeping an eagle eye on it. I don't want anything to stand in the way of me losing weight. If I can have a little treat without ruining my hard work, great! If I can't...Mr. Sink will be melting it for me.
I hope you all are planning a wonderful, cheatfree day!

Stephie, Everything will be alright. You took initiative and kept it real and now you're back on track. Remember the awful feeling so you won't cheat again. Congrats on your clean Day One!!!
