Christine - Congrats on the 2 pounds! You are doing so well!
Princess - How's it going. The first days back on are always the toughest.
Cristy - That cauliflower looks great. I had the Cauliflower fried "rice" last night. It was SOOO good. DH loved it too and he's not doing Atkins.
Kat - You always make me smile. You seem to be happy all the time and I love people like that. The girls I work with can be very negative sometimes and that can really bring you down.
I rode my bike last night for the first time in about 8 years! I went a couple of miles and could have gone more. The kids and I will go again tonight and look forward to hitting the trails this weekend.
I got great news yesterday. I am going to Vegas in November! I've never been before and I can't wait. I would LOVE to be able to drop at least 15 more pounds by then. I am really gonna give it my all.

The next time you disappear on us, we’re going to hunt you down on the board and whip you back here. You can do this, there’s no hopefully about it. Congrats on being another day cheat-free. Make a goal for say 1 week and then when you hit it, increase your goal. It seems to get easier each week.
