Hey, you are so close to your goal (and pre-maintenance) it may be time for you to go up the rungs of OWL. It sure helps with learning how various foods affect you, learning portion control and still lose weight -- look especially at Christine.
Why not give it a whirl? Rung One is only adding in five more grams of veggies (up to 25 grams of carbs per day).

but before that I had been on OWL. I have low blood sugar and as I increased the carbs I start having issues with hypoglycemia attacks (ie. falling asleep after meals, passing out for hours...etc..) So I'm weary of OWL especially since I ended up stalling for a month! Anyway, I might consider it. Maybe just adding more veggies. I'd like to get to 150 first though...
