Re: How Long Can You Go???
OK!
Well, bump me back, 'cause I was bad yesterday. I splurged big time. I started out great:
2 eggs
1 bratworst sausage
...I got off early from work and went out to lunch. I got a chicken dipping platter at Sherri's, and everything on it was on plan, but I asked the waitress to leave off the fruit because I didn't want it. But they doubled the amount of cottage cheese to cover it, and dangit I ate it all:
1 chicken breast
1 cup lettace with 1 T ranch dressing
2 cups of cottage cheese
3 slice tomato
I planned on being good for holloween but when I got to the low carb candy isle I lost my cool. I bought one of those whitmans suger free chocolate candy boxes, one lc mint chocolate bar (russel stover SF) and a eat well, be well chocolate bar. Things went downhill from there, and I pretty much imploded.
5 candies out of the candy box (thank GOD for malitol or I would have eaten it all)
Ate the whole eat well be well bar!
And had two squares out of the mint bar.
Then I got hungry later and had food even after I told myself I wasn't going to in an attempt to regain control which failed:
2 tablespoons of the almond butter in the fridge
1 egg
2 bacon
Then before I went to bed I was starving, no doubt because of all the darned lc chocolate, and ate:
1 cup of cottage cheese
1 slice chedder
1 slice shaved ham
All in all I ate over 2,400 calories and the carb count had me on the floor twitching.
.................back in the saddle this morning, and I am sooooooooooooooooo going to take some lessons from this. >.<

sad to report my weight climbed this week - I'm up 2 pounds.
