Hey I see my numbers got here before I did...I can now post happily that I am cheat free 100 days...I am into posting after the fact....
Congrats on all the people who are cruising along, I want to be where the leaders are! I want those following to stay the course...WE CAN DO This and if we take it seriously, and protect our programs, we will restore such trust inourselves, to ourselves...that leads us into confidence again in our lives...

I'm just working on Day 1 today. Had a rough couple of days. But I am going to move into OWL now anyway.

Hi Everyone! Thank you Shilo, for the congrats! I'm still bouncing around on the clouds. I'm holding steady between 315 and 320, but I'm eating things I have no right eating. I'm very happy to finally get grocery shopping this morning, and get going on my plan. You asked me to share my plan, so here it is:

B. 2 lo carb tortillas, 2 eggs, 2 sl. bacon, 1 sl. cheese
Sn. 1 cheese stick, 1 melon slice
L. 1 sl. whole grain bread, 1 sl. cheese, 2-3 oz. lean ham, lettuce and tomato, mayo
Sn. 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 4 or 5 strawberries cut up
S. 2 pork chops or some other meat, 2 cups green beans or other acceptable veggie, 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

It comes out to about 55 carbs after fiber. My goal was to stay under 60 for now, and if I don't start gaining, to stay there. Definitely to avoid any white flour or sugars. I also don't want to drink anything diet, smoke even one cigarette, (although I was tempted at a party the other night), and be in every other way responsible through this pregnancy. I almost died and lost my son in my first pregnancy. I didn't know Atkins at the time, I didn't know I had PCOS, and I thought you were supposed to "eat for two", so away I went. I gained 75 pounds, developed high blood pressure by the 15th week which is almost unheard of, and then developed preeclampsia by week 25. I was just able to hang on to 30 weeks when my son was delivered weighing only 2 pounds 3 oz. That's just NOT going to happen again!

You know Tamariah Elizabeth is a nice name for a girl

I went to the doctors to weigh in this morning - down 3 pounds. So I lost what went on last week plus an additional one.
Sometimes I feel like for every two steps forward I take one step back - a strange sort of weightloss dance.

Thanks, Tam, and CONGRATS on your 3 pounds! Well, we're taking part of your suggestion....the name we had selected if a girl was Elizabeth Ann. Elizabeth is also my middle name, and my mothers, and my great grand mothers. SO its been in our family awhile. If its a boy we have Issac Gabriel picked out, but I'm feeling not so sure waves going on that one.

Today is day one for me now. Got my preggo maintenance plan in effect and am so far sticking to it with no problems. We'll see how well it goes as the morning sickness gets worse. Good going on getting those buttons back, Shilo. By the way...has anyone seen Kat lately, or any of our other members? Seems a little quiet in here for the most part. So long for now.
