    I did well today in the food department. I need to kick up my exercise. I think i've hit a plateau as nothing really feels challenging.

      Finished out the day good. Got in 100oz of water and feel like I am floating! I too need to pick it up in the exercise department (which should not be hard since I am not doing ANY right now). Trying to fit it all in seems to be a challenge for me. I suffer from insomnia so waking early in the am is really hard. Every minute of sleep is precious. By the time I get home in the evening, make dinner, bathe the kids and get lunches etc. ready for the next day, it's time for bed for the kiddies which leaves no exercise time for me. Not making excuses, just trying to sort it out. Anyway, keep it up everyone!

        Another day another pound- hopefully, I haven't weighed in no scales untils my 2 week mark

        I got my first work out in! Yay me, the first time I've worked out in weeks..
        I also found my old Billy Blanks Bootcamp tapes, I might start working with those, but I really want to get the slim in 6 program ..

            Hanging in there. I too have some Billy Blanks tapes. They sit there and collect dust. Maybe tomorrow morning I will get up a little earlier and do the shorter one! I have insomnia so mornings can be a little tough if I've had a rough night.

            100oz of water yesterday and 92 today. Floating away.... Day 2 cheat free and ready for number three. BRING IT ON!!!!

                Well it’s official my two week anniversary is here.. I have lost a total of -10lbs in the first two weeks.

                I think I have had too many mock danishes...

                  I love the Mock Danish. I read that if you melt some butter, add cinamon and splenda and pour it over, it makes it taste very much like a CinaBon. I tried it and it DOES!!! Very addictive. I have been trying alternatives as well, like almond extract instead of vanilla. It adds a nice variety.

                  I have not been losing but I have been cheat free for 4 days and have exercise the last 2 out of 2. Not a lot of exercise but I am not sitting on the couch either. Doing good on the water. I would love to be in a size 10 for my birthday but right not it seems so far away, I don't think I'll make it.

                        Wow that does sound too good! cinabon.... I am doing great on my water intake, my workout not so good.. I have not had any forbidden foods, or carb ridden foods everything is atkins friendly - though a few of them weren't on the induction list they were on later rungs.. but no the less all atkins friendly.

                        I think I might to back to strict induction for the next two weeks.., not sure yet.. just a few months till my birthday so I am still going strong

                              I am here. Feeling discouraged this morning because my scale is stuck. I feel like this is taking me forever and I am re-evaluating my B-Day goal. At the rate I am going, I am not going be anywhere near goal. So, if I can lose 10 pounds before my birthday, I will be very excited.

                              I am going to start measuring and counting EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth so that I can see what the heck is going on.

                                Good morning everyone. This is a hard goal to go with. The eating is fine, but getting moving is a tuffie. i do exercise almost every day but I've definitely hit a plateau.
