    I will do this by excercising more and staying with induction and not cheating.

      My 23rd birthday is December 12th. I have decided to set it as my goal. Here's hoping! It would be a fantastic birthday gift.

        Hey Fellow Challengers!!
        I hope you are doing well in your weight loss ventures.

        I have nothing new to report, so that's why I haven't been posting.

        I'm still at 200lbs. I'll post when I see that darn scale move down

        I started working out pretty heavily (Slim in Six and long cardio session) so hopefully it won't be long before I'm losing again.

          Must admit I had a few shaky last few days..

          I am currently at 203 as of oh..5 days ago..

          Renewed determination and going to the gym 2nd day in a row...

            I want to make my birthday goal too

            But 20lbs seems like SOO Much!!

            I don't know. I'm still fighting. Still eating healthy. Still working out with Slim in Six.

            I guess anything is possible right?

              Hey, I want in. Pick me, oh pick me! My birthday is the 5th of Nov and I need all the challenge I can to get my booty down to the 180's by then...and keep the sanity alive through school.

                  And too boot, today I did a full hour on the treadmill tonite over 3 miles!!! 3.6 miles to be exact

                    Good job, La La!!! Welcome to Onederland!!!! Woohooo! Wow! You're kicking booty in the treadmill department...I like having company. Nice.

                    Weigh in will be on Thursday. I'm betting a gain because of the upping exercise, salt intake, and no its not PMS. *sigh*

                      Hey Lisa, hello Gals.
                      Well I noticed that I drink way too much pop every day I have some - not cans upon bottles of it but I started getting this pain on side and made a comment to my mother about it she said she had the same thing, went to the doctor and was told to lay off the soda pop she did and says it hasn't returned...so I am going to try that laying off the Soda pop even diet for a week and see how I feel. Subbing the carbonated drinks for water or crystal light at best

                      1 did 100 sit ups this mornings, yes me - sit ups!

                        Soda pop. I have to giggle because my hubby use to call it that too...now it's just pop. Either way....glad for ya giving your kidneys a rest

                        Woo hoo on the 100 situps! Nice!

                        I did 2 miles in a little over 32 minutes...beat my time of 2 miles in a little over 36 minutes. Woo hooo!

                        Hey! Where's the rest of the birthday crew???? Are we alone in this challenge, too?

                          i guess we are along for now, hopefully they will update us soon...

                          Tonite I am hitting the gym again, paying treadmill a little visit... I am going to see how long it takes me to do 2 miles... wonder what my time is.. I think it's around 30 -35 minutes... we will see...
