I use that citrate(its a drink) stuff...oh boy be very close to home..they even have a sugar free version..

I get mine at rite aid or duane reade

Okay girl, thanks. I've seen that stuff but never thought twice about what it was. Cool, now how much does it take, like 1 glass or 2?

depends how backed up you are..I generally take 1/2 but if its an emerg i take the whole thing..works fast

Hey..sorry I havent checked in as much as I should but I have no access at home..caught some type of virus and my computer network crashed...

anyway I have been really good so far..scale did not move..actually went up two pds but "tom" is expected anyday now so I wont get frustrated..

anyway how are you doing?
