I'm pretending I didn't look at the scales this morning... yes, that's it... it was just my imagination ... must be the full moon... right... there's no weigh I gained 4# overnight... I'm sticking with my 187 until 9/1!

Yea for your hubby keeping the scale company for you, Loana!

No weighing for me. But everytime I visit the bathroom I look at the bare spot where it usually sits and *sigh* because it would be too much trouble to get it down from the shelf in the garage. ugh ugh...

                        Re: 3-Week No-Weigh Challenge

That's exactly the reason why I stopped weighing every day. I couldn't stand the constant mood changes I had...even when I wasn't PMSing! lol...the numbers were controlling how I ate that day and that's not good at all.

Hello all you crazies out there! So y'all know, I have not weighed since the one time the morning of the 10th. I know if I cheated I'd just be dissapointed, anyway. I'm feeling bloaty today, and just kicking back at the office drinking lots of water, wishing to be outside in this gorgeous (at last) weather.

Everyone stay clear of the metal monster OK? Be good over the weekend.
