        I........can........hold......on.........

but come the 28th, however, 6-mo anniversay... I think I'm gonna hide my calendar, too, for the next few days. At least I've plenty to distract me, what with back to school, back to scouts, and all the stuff that hits a single mom this time of year.

        Still scale-free and cheat free....

        8 days more after today....

8 loooong more days. I admit it, i actually looked for the scale this morning. DH was smart enough NOT to put it where he last put it, because i know where that is. Good thing I didn't find it, but I do feel thinner today!

                    Yea for no weighing.

8 more days until I see the doctor. I don't know if I'm more nervous about the visit or the weigh in.

I think it's Lisa's fault. Or Boonie's, or whoever is weighing on the 30th (or was it the 31st?) Oh, forget it! OK, OK. The first is next Friday!! Gotcha! LOL.

Does it count if I partook in rung 5 and had no resistance and stepped quickly on the scale but don't remember what it said??

Hmmmm, I think if you don't remember the weight you're still in the game...poor old senile thing you. And you should be eating from rung 5 so that's fine too.

Me, I have a HANKERING for frozen yogurt. I can get carbolite, but it's 8+ carbs per serving and probably has a ton of sugar alcohols in it. I hope this craving is gone in the morning.

Still haven't weighed and can't wait until the 1st.
