    Good job, Barb! You can do it!!!

    Well, the word is the doc scale said 204 clothes on after eating, exercise, and drinking my water like a good kid. Can you say sucketh greatly??? I was tempted to go nekked and without food or water...but a corpse weighs more. blah.

    Home scale said 202 nekked and holding my breath (like that was going to help). *sigh* It could have been worse, I guess.

    Tomorrows a new day..and the actual Weigh In Day, so I'll pray for a good whooshy night, lots of water, and get a good nights rest.

    Most of all...I'm okay about it. Really. Just makes me want to hide the scale again and keep exercising even more. Although, I won't be joining the next NoWeigh Challenge..LOL.

    I'll be here in the morning to check in on all of you! A round of drinks for everyone tonight....water, that is

      OMG, OMG, OMG.....stepped on the scale....145. Did it again...145. Went to get the camera to show you guys and stepped on again....146! So I was at goal for about 30 seconds there but I'm calling it 146 for today! I am so proud of myself, and obviously I was eating too many calories so I'm now on a roll! (copying and pasting elsewhere!)

                                Silly! Barb!! Boonie!! I'm so proud of each and everyone of you! You're all doing a great job taking care of you and I'm very thankful to have been a part of this noweigh challenge with each of you. It's been awesome!


                                Well....I adjusted my scale to follow the doctor scale and it says 201 this morning. So, let's just say yesterday was a test run and I'll be a good kid and take the 201 as a 2.5 gain this past month and blame it on PMS, moon phase, and exercise. BUT! I'll be knocking it out this month. Just watch me. **muuuaaaaahhaaaa***

                                I'm pretty much deciding to weigh in once a week, for now.
