Really I think exercise is the only thing we can do to bring about more weight loss, and even that is tricky...More water won't cause me to loose more weight, and more food or especially less food, WILL NOT HELP either...the right foods help.
But exercise, and longer periods of enjoying activity will increase our burn and metabolism...but acutal weight, our body controls how fast it is burned up and when it's released...I work pretty darn hard on my half of the deal and I am slowly learning to trust my body for it's half...and accepting (slowly mind you)accepting it's pace.
I would like to go for 10 by Jan 1, 2007...It might cause us to tighten up, maybe go for some "bigger weekender exercise goals in the nicer weather...A big bike ride at a park, hiking some trails, for a couple of hours...entering a race, (we might not be that ready)...
up something in the exercise arena on the weekend, that is a challenge...that's probably what I would do to capitalize on being outside...We have found these excellent parks out here in Gwinnett Co, Adena...Oh couch potatoe here never went to any of them..there is also "60 within 60" which is 60 trails within 60 miles of atlanta. We are going on some of these this fall, especially since I found my daughter comes alive with outdoor exercise...
