      Grrr, my work was not supposed to have a xmas party!!! But alas they did, pizza, chex mix(my nemisis), pumpkin pie, brownie bounties, and many many other stuff. Usually they have a ton of chocolate stuff so not having any is easy(i dont like chocolate), but this time they fooled me. So guess what happend?

      I didnt have any, i had two bottles of water!!!! YAY me!!!! I should still be recording a loss in upcoming tuesday. I am gonna go try to leap tall buildings in a single bound now, i feel so cool. :yes

      Anyway, MERRY Christmas, and a safe and peacful holiday to all my challenge friends.

            Thanks SO much for keeping the chart updated! I've lost three more pounds.

            I'm down to 250 now, and my brain isn't allowing me to do the math. :nono

                Not gonna have a loss this week, went to hospital christmas eve until around 9 on christmas day. Still getting rid of all the fluids they put in me. They are not sure yet what was wrong. But i have not had an appetite at all, and when i look at a glass of water I get sick. It would be a miracle if i had a loss for tomorrow, (i do believe in miracles, i do i do i do).

                Just wanted to let my friends here to know where i am for a while, i have several drs to see and lots of tests so will not be on much this week, sorry.

                Sorry didnt mean this to sound dramatic,i am feeling much better now and should be on the loss side of life again soon.

                        Need to get back on...

                        Is it too late to prove myself again? I've been on and off Atkins for a while now. I fell off about a month ago, and have got to get it back and going for the new year. Can I count on some support in this forum? ensive
                        Anyway, I hope so. I was at about 178 3 weeks ago, then the holidays hit. I'm back to about 184 now. I want to get to 170 so bad it hurts. What better time to start again!?! Let me know if I can join the crew.

                          TKsmooth: I have added you to our group! And a big welcome! One of the important things to learn is how to implement Atkins into our everyday lives and maintain our way of eating. So many people fall off the wagon and have to climb back on. Well I'll give you my hand and pull you on and we will super glue you back on the wagon. Take things slowly at first and plan to be successfull. It can truly be so hard to overcome your carbs and cravings. We are here for you and truly want to celebrate the end of February being much smaller and being happy with all our successes. I know I have had my moments too and sometimes still want the things I really shouldn't have but everyone here is so encouraging!

                            Good morning! I am planning on starting Atkins on Monday Jan 3. Is it too late to join this board?

                            Can you give me bried instructions on how many times a week to we check in, what the format is, when is the challenger over?

                              The challenge is ongoing until the end of Frbruary. The goal is entirely up to you. As much or as little as youlike. Let us know what your goals are and we will add you to the chart. Weigh in at least every 2 weeks most choose every week, just whatever suits you the best. Good luck and welcome to Atkins WOE!
