  • Hi! I'd love to join this challenge if it's not too late.

    I began back on this on Saturday, Jan. 8- ready to have a new start now that the holidays are over and I've returned back to the routine of grad school. It's these last ten pounds that are giving me so much trouble, but I'm not going to give up this time!

      That's right, 5 lbs have whooshed themselves away since last week. I haven't seen numbers this low since high school. I don't know how I trapped the whoosh fairy but she's mine now, she'll have to escape on her own.

        I'm so proud of you guys!!!

        I'm down to 46, so gimmee a 4 pound loss, closer to goal! I want to make 235 by the end of February!

        • Way to go everyone!

          I'm down 1 pound this week. I don't think I'll ever make my challenge goal at this rate, but at least the numbers are moving in the right direction!

            • KT, you SO totally rock, girl! I only lost 3 pounds in one month before. You're doing GREAT!

              I'm so proud of all of us! Even when we fall down and try to gnaw the carpet (I'm still pulling fibers out of my teeth), we get back up and keep trying!

              • Thanks for all of the encouragement! :hug With so much weight to lose it is hard to stay motivated. That is why this challenge is so good--it keeps us all going and focused on little goals and little triumphs along the way!

                • You've lost a lot of weight in a very short period of time. Don't go too fast or people will accuse you of having weight loss surgery. Scandal!

                      • Yep I'm back! After the emergency room visit at christmas, meds to cure reason i was in ER, then vacation in Kansas City to meet boyfriends family, all 57 of em at almost one time, I am back, however i have stayed the same weight. Not gaining is a good thing tho. Now i must get tough on myself and work harder.

                        So Missigan checking in with no loss, but no gain either.

                        As a side note, Kansas City gets a heck of a lot of ice!!!! Much warmer here in Dallas/Fort Worth. Glad to be home finally. Missed you all.

                                Sorry I haven't posted yet. I was bad during the holidays and now I am finally getting back on track. :nod Also my weight and goal on the chart should be 165 with a goal of 150. Thanks for the encouragement/inspiration everyone!
